Nhà ở khu gần doanh trại quân đội. An ninh đảm bảo, có thể đi bộ ra biển và đài thiên văn Nha Trang. Xung quanh hàng quán không quá nhiều. Nên thuê xe máy để di chuyển cho thuận tiện. Từ khu này vào trung tâm phải đi tầm 10p. Checkin dễ. Có thể đi ô tô vào tới tận cửa nhà. Nội thất thiết kế đẹp. Tầng 1 có bồn tắm ngoài vườn và bếp ngoài vườn. Tầng 2 có bồn tắm trong nhà. Mấy hôm mình ở thì trời mưa nên không sử dụng được bồn và bếp ngoài trời. Host trả lời tin nhắn nhanh.

10/10 apartment, me and my wife stayed here for one month and absolutely loved this place. Everything is new and clean, the location is quiet and peaceful. Cho Dam market is in a couple minutes away from here. You can also buy a pass to the pool, so you can enter top floor and enjoy beautiful city and sea views. And if you stay for a long time, there is an option to order a big bottle of water (20 liters) at the hotel reception for 65k dongs, it is very convenient. Kathy is very friendly and helpful host.

Hong ist ein guter Gastgeber der schnell reagiert. Unseren Morgenkaffee haben wir mit dem Blick aufs Meer genossen. Nachts etwas laut und morgens beginnt der Tag um 7 Uhr. Wir haben allerdings mit offenem Fenster geschlafen und gut geschlafen. Kleine reperaturen wären mal Notwendig, Wasserhahn, sieb und Abwaschmittel waren nicht schön. Einiges haben wir gekauft aber kostet ja nicht viel. Das Licht der HAUBE ging nicht. Die Wände bräuchten mal ein Anstrich. Aber es ist alles ordentlich und sauber, das Bett normal. Nach 6 Tagen wird saubergemacht und alles gewechselt. Super Kühlschrank. Der Strand ist super und die Liegen mit Schirm Handtuch kosten pro Tag 6 Euro, wir haben es immer genutzt. Bezahle immer für den nächsten Tag dann hast du auch deine Liegen. Sehr netter Strandjunge. Hotel sauber und angenehm. Essen in Hülle und Fülle in der ganzen Umgebung. Also du kannst nicht mehr erwarten für diesen super Preis. Hong, Wir Kommen bestimmt nochmal zu dir, Dankeschön Hong

Очень классная вилла. Всё очень чисто, аккуратно. В доме есть всё необходимое для проживания. Никакого шума не было, спокойно и тихо. Бассейн отличный, чистая вода и комфортная температура. Хозяин очень внимательный, отзывчивый, дружелюбный всегда на связи, поможет и подскажет что нужно. Когда мы приехали нам заранее разогрели угли для барбекю. Очень приятно было получить на день рождения торт, я не говорила про день рождения, хозяин сам заметил в паспортах. Это было очень мило, торт супер вкусный) С большим удовольствием приедем ещё!

Au delà des attentes le logement était parfait ! Contrairement au autre appartements du building. L appartement de Binh est ultra moderne ! belle vue étage élevé , piscine avec vue à couper le souffle , téléviseur géant. cinéma maison , aucun problème d'eau chaude ou d'ascenseur. Très bien situé dans la ville loin du bruit d'élu centre et la plage du nord est bien plus belle et moins achalandée .Séjour de rêve à recommencer fortement ! De plus il nous a accorder mainte fois durant le séjour ! Vraiment formidable !

숙소 뷰가 환상적이었습니다. 방도 상당히 넓고 좋아요. 수건 교체도 해주고 인원 추가만큼 침구류도 줍니다. 수영장 가면 수건도 주고, 수영장이 크진 않지만 놀기 좋아요. 다만 걸려있는 옷이라든가 일부 서랍, 주방 쪽이 깨끗하지는 않았습니다. 근데 크게 신경쓰이지는 않았어요.

Với tư cách là host, mình muốn trải nghiệm service của nhiều host để giao lưu chia sẻ kinh nghiệm. Căn hộ của Rich tại vị trí siêu trung tâm, chất lượng khá ổn so với đơn giá. Mình khuyến khích mọi người trải nghiệm nhé.
