Monthly Rentals in Niles

The Loft is cozy and just right for what we needed for a weekend in Niles. Chelsea was kind and engaging. Instructions for the house were clear and simple.

The space was perfect! It felt private but still close to downtown and lots of things to do.

We visited the area for a wedding & we really enjoyed our stay! The space is very cozy & is in a very nice location!

Christina’s home had a lot of great touches that went a long way. We traveled (my husband and I) with our 6 yoa, 3 yoa, and 1 yoa. She had a high chair available, bunk beds to spread out the night time wrestling, and a fenced in backyard for hide and go seek. We forgot to bring coffee, so the supplied kcups were MORE than necessary! Her response to our phone calls and text messages were very timely and she had solutions to problems before we even thought of them! Our kids loved the Pac-Man game and woke up in the mornings ready to play! Thank you Christina!
