Holiday rentals with a pool in Nikiana

Wir waren mehr als zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Marina ist eine sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Es ist sehr sauber. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Außenbereich ist sehr einladend und der Pool ist ebenfalls sehr sauber. Die Lage ist auch wunderbar. Supermärkte, Bäckereien und auch ein Strand sind zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen. In der Umgebung gibt es auch sehr schöne Strände und Restaurants. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt wieder…..❤️

We had a wonderful week in George's villa, starting with a warm welcome from his lovely mum who showed us around. We were then left in peace for the rest of the trip, although George always responded quickly when we sent him questions. The villa is even nicer than the pictures, great AC and plenty of towels. It is atop a hill, with no other villas or roads close by, so you're not overlooked and the view is breathtaking. We didn't hear traffic noise or even dogs barking at night, you feel tucked away in your own private space. The pool is perfect, and stays really clean thanks to the infinity design. The loungers are comfy with the grapevine shade. We used the outdoor BBQ and sat out on the terrace every day, though if you're eating outside you will attract some flies. The location is rural, so there were lots of bugs outside and occasionally inside - not a problem, but something to be aware of and bring insect repellent! There are screens on doors and windows to keep them out.

Een ontzettend fijne plek. We kwamen erg laat aan en zelfs nog vertraging maar dit was totaal geen probleem. Telefonisch contact gehad en Chris kwam ons snel uitleggen en ons naar binnen begeleiden zodat we onze dochter op bed konden leggen. Het was erg schoon en het privé zwembad was super. Nu was toevallig de tweede villa niet verhuurd dus nog meer privacy maar ook als dat wel zou zijn heb je genoeg privacy. Tip voor het eiland: Huur een auto. Het huisje is een perfect punt om vanuit daar alle kanten op te kunnen. Enige tip is wat meer theedoeken en vaatdoeken voor de keuken.

Had an absolutely fantastic time here! The location is great, the house is very nice and comfortable; easily accessible by car! She is a fantastic host and is extremely warm and welcoming! She gave us wonderful recommendations and was very easy to get in touch with if we had any questions. We hope to come back in the future!

We spent a wonderful 10 days here. The house is comfortable, cool, had plenty of space for our family of 5 and all the amenities we needed. The kitchen is great for cooking, though we often ate out too. Lahos, where the house is located, is close to Stavros, Exogi, Fríkes, Kioni and all the northern beaches (with a car). It’s quiet too, save for the bell of the local church and the sound of goats and sheep. The pool was a welcome place to cool off. Many thanks Serge.

We had an amazing week at Mint Villa. The pool was bigger than it looks in the photos and the villa is oozing with charm. Kids had the room at the top of the tower all to themselves which they loved and our main room was very comfortable with stunning views. Overall an exceptional Villa in a stunning location overlooking the bay below and the quaint port of Vasiliki.

Dimitris was an excellent host! The warmest and sweetest welcome you can wish for! A greeting note with drinks and sweets were awaiting upon our arrival. Everything was clean, tidy and well thought! The house is beautiful. It is rather smaller than what it looks on the photos but it has everything you might need, it is super cosy and the location is quite convenient - near main towns, beaches, shops, nice restaurants etc. We were visiting Lefkada for the first time so he shared with us a list with beaches and places to visit and eat. I couldn't recommend Dimitris and his house more! Our stay was amazing. Thank you!

Lieber Theo: du solltest noch mehr Bilder zu deinem Inserat hinzufügen. Wir haben nur ein Studio mit einem Bett, einer Küchenzeile, mit einem Tisch und zwei Stühlen sowie einem Pool erwartet. Was haben wir gefunden: Eine volleingerichtete Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Mit einem Schlafzimmer mit Meerblick, einem Wohnzimmer mit bequemen Sitzgelegenheiten und drei Terassen mit Sonneliegen, Daybett sowie einer Lounge und einem wunderschönen Pool mit Traumblick über die Bucht von Vasiliki! Du solltest aber auch dazuschreiben, dass die Anfahrt nichts ist für ängstliche Autofahrer. Die Steigung beträgt 35% und man darf nicht auf der Rampe stehenbleiben.

This place is heaven on earth - the garden is even more beautiful than the pictures, and the view is twice as stunning in real life. This is the perfect place to stay, and is well equipped with everything. Antony the owner of the house, who lives on the first floor of the building is an absolute pleasure, and so is his wife and their dogs. Even though the garden is connected to the upstairs, the host gives you all the privacy you need, and is extremely helpful with everything. Also the Airbnb works almost like a hotel with the possibility of ordering breakfast og supply yourself with drinks from the house. All in all a great experience - would regommend to anyone. Hope, we will be back someday.

We highly recommend the place. Very private and quite, large pool and everything was super clean.

Pinelopis place was perfect. The space was clean and super functional. Had all the amenities you would need for a short or long term stay. Kitchen was fully equipped, there is washer, and a pool. Pinelopi was extremely friendly and kept in touch the whole time.

This was an absolutely hidden gem. The setting was stunning, views from the balcony were amazing. Basic accommodation with everything you need. Cleaners came every day to change bins and make beds. Very peaceful surroundings, lovely pool and an easy walk into the town.

Sehr schönes Apartment mit Gemeinschaftspool. Fußläufig zu kleinem Ort (Agios Nikitas) mit belebter, aber dennoch kleiner Fußgängerpassage mit diversen Lokalen und Shops. Zentrale Lage zum Erkunden von verschiedenen Stränden. Nahegelegende Sunset Bars/Restaurants und Lefkada Stadt/Hafen.

Warm hospitality, great atmosphere, and an unforgettable Easter! We had a wonderful stay in a very friendly environment with excellent service and truly heartfelt hospitality from everyone! We celebrated Easter by cooking our meal together, surrounded by laughter, music, and great conversations. I would definitely go back! The house we stayed in is beautiful and worth visiting, though a few small improvements could make it even better. It’s peaceful, yet conveniently close to the town center and the main square. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming place to stay! Thank you!!!!

Great location, walkable from all areas of Fiskardo. The decor is eccentric and old fashioned with many old African artefacts. Wonderful views, easy parking Access was easy when we got phone contact with the host
