Holiday rentals with a patio in Nikaia

Kind of small but cute appartment. It was very clean and everything looked neat. Linen and extra towels available. The neighborhood is also very peaceful. Thank you for the hospitality George .

Jona is responsive and great host from start to finish makes you feel welcome. The apartment has been renovated and there is attention to details. The apartment is always cool so no need to even turn the AC on. The unit locks up like a warehouse so it very secure and keeps the place cool and very dark easy to sleep. The area is very nice hidden gem

We had a wonderful time in Athens at Matias place. The apartment is small yet has everything you need for a few days in Athens. The terrace is stunning and we especially liked the neighborhood, which is not frequented by many tourists and allowed us to dive in with the locals. Public transport is however close and takes you super fast to the city center. The host welcomed us personally (which we loved a lot, since we are used to anonymous check ins already) and left us with many great recommendations. And if you are worried you might fall out of the loft bed, don’t be! We slept super well 😍

Stylish apartment with top quality amenities. Great location in a relatively quiet part of town, but still plenty enough going on to keep you entertained. Fantastic transport links into the centre of town and the beach. 5* communication from the host. Would stay again.

Better than the photos ! Incredible decor , comfy beds , impeccably clean , extremely kind hosts ,water in the fridge and breakfast goodies , close to port and metro ... spectacular !!! Hugely recommendable !!!

Arrived in evening & found entrance was at far end of road which was uphill. Taxis were on strike day we arrived after a 45 minute walk 😢. We should’ve caught the Metro. Keyless entry system worked fine. Wi-Fi worked well. Tried local restaurant the 1st evening, recommended & cheap. Apartment had all amenities except a microwave which we didn’t need. Spotlessly clean & & photos are accurate. Nice complimentary bottle of wine & water on arrival. Jacuzzi on patio was lovely. Text communication with Panagiotis was excellent & he messaged several times to ensure we were OK. Used local metro at bottom of hill which is great to get into central Athens & only €1.20 a journey. Uber is about €7. Breakfast in morning on back patio is lovely as sun rises with distant view of Acropolis. Nice to sit on front balcony at end of day watching sun set. Panagiotis was so helpful with any text communication. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful apartment with plenty of space. Very comfortable and Spyros was very easy to communicate with.

The apartment is well-located near services and restaurants. It is very well-kept and clean. There is a washing machine but no dryer, but there is a wonderful laundry service around the corner. Teo is very responsive and a wonderful host. Apartment is very secure and the area is very nice.

The hosts have really put an effort in making the house into a welcoming and cozy home. Attention to detail, amazing decor, small touches that make the place inviting and modern. 100% recommend, the location is great as well. Thank you!

beautiful home in a convenient location at the port very clean and very nice hosts. coffee shop with pastries within 3 minuite walk. street parking was convenient and easy to find a spot. the view from the balcony was great as well. nicely done guesthouse.

Beautiful and spacious home. Great location. So much to love about this place. Georgios and Nikolia are wonderful and responsive hosts. Comfy mattresses and pillows. AC in every room. One amenity that really impressed us was the water cooler - this is not what we use to see in Airbnb's, it was really thoughtful and appreciated. It's been my second stay in this beautiful house, will definitely choose to stay here again for our next trips.

We had an amazing stay in Athens! We had a little trouble getting into the apartment and they came immediately to help us get in! Very responsive anytime we had a question or minor issue! They made this stay so incredible! The place was stunning and we truly wish we had more time here in Athens! They helped with local recommendations and were truly exceptional hosts! Angie and Stavros are wonderful, friendly, and artistic people. They think of everything in terms of supplies and amenities in their place. Such a fun, creative, and whimsical apartment and patio. This was our second time to stay at their place, and it was just as great as the first time. We will definitely stay there next time we are in Athens. Also, very easily reachable on the 856 bus which you can catch in Syntagma Square. Very highly recommend!!!

Katerina’s place was very close to the park area near the acropolis as well as a few cafes slightly out of the crowded part of town. She was very responsive and was even able to let us check in early, which was a huge help. The slight problem with Wi-fi was far outweighed by her customer service. I would certainly stay with her again!

Thank you Ioannis, this was my first visit to Athens and I had everything I could wish for. A small flat which was a great place to be alone in, and a base for excursions. And it was cool in style and temperature!

I can’t say enough about this spectacular apartment, its view, and location! Absolutely breathtaking! It’s right in the heart of everything you’d want to see about Ancient Greece in Athens! Short walking distance to the Acropolis and so much more. I would easily stay here again and highly recommend to others!

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 days in the Athens and it was nothing but amazing!! The room is exactly how it’s pictured if not bigger in person, the balcony has a shutter you can put down to completely black out the room which was our favourite feature and helped us sleep amazing😍the outside entrance does look a lil scary at first but as soon as you enter your room it’s a completey different vibe we could not recommend this air b&b enough

I can't imagine a better place to stay than this apartment in Athens! We will definitely stay again when we are in Athens. It beautifully designed, has all the amenities you need and then some and has the most beautiful balcony with a view of the Acropolis. Plus the host is so kind, helpful and responsive!! We are a family of 4 and it was perfect.

An amazing stay! The host made us feel so welcomed and so at home. The sweetest people ever. The place was beautiful and had modern and up to date technology. One of the nicest places we have stayed in. It was only a 10 minute walk to the metro and the host offered to drive us to the metro for free. If we return to Athens, we will definitely be staying here again! 10/10 experience.

It is a 5-minute walk from the subway station. Among the Airbnbs I've used so far, this one has the highest satisfaction. There is a terrace and a veranda, so the ventilation is very good, the daylight is good, and the view of the Acropolis and the sunset are very beautiful. The house was so clean and tidy, and I felt how meticulously and carefully it was managed and prepared because it had everything I needed. There were local restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, and pharmacies nearby, and it was a station area, so I was able to go sightseeing comfortably. The host is quick to respond, flexible, and generous, so I want to go back to Athens because of the accommodation. I'm coming to Athens again soon, but I was so disappointed that I had to book another accommodation because it was already booked. Thank you to the hosts for making the best stay!!
