Welcome to ‘’B ’t Oale Spoor’’, located in a lovely spot right on the edge of the Sallandse Heuvelrug in the charming village of Hellendoorn! At the back of the garden is our guest house with private garden, living room, pantry kitchenette, bathroom/toilet, bedroom with 2 beds and sleeping loft with 2 beds above the kitchen. The city center and station are within walking distance. But we also live wonderfully free, directly on the forest and Pieterpad. 2025 fully renovated! Unfortunately, permanent residence is not allowed.

Walking/cycling: Mountain bike route at 100 meters.

Enjoy fun with the whole family in this stylish holiday home. Nestled in the heart of the forest is our lovely, cosy family home. Fully equipped with every comfort, featuring 3 spacious bedrooms with wonderful beds, a kitchen with a cooking island, a cosy living room with TV/Wii, a wood-burning stove, and a very large garden. Includes a BBQ, fire pit and a cosy spot to light a fire. There is a pool, playground and tennis court in the park itself. Please note this park is a quiet park. No noise after 10pm!

Our cozy bungalow is located in the middle of the woods of the Overijssel Vechtdal. The forest house has a beautiful sauna and a big (wild) garden of more than 1000 m2 where you can rest and enjoy all the flora and fauna. From the cottage you can walk, cycle and swim for hours. There are beautiful routes and you can easily jump in a canoe or enjoy a terrace in the lively Hanseatic town of Ommen. Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. Het Goede Gemoed; "Afterwards and yet close". Good cozy restaurants are plentiful and also grabbing a movie is done in no time.

Als je logeert in een boom, dan ga je even op in het leven van de boom. Je voelt heel sterk het ritme van de dag en nacht in de natuur. Je komt tot rust als je meebeweegt op dit ritme. De vogels die de dag inluiden en de vogels die de nacht inluiden. Je overziet het landschap vanuit een hoger perspectief. Je kijkt even op een andere manier naar de wereld, van bovenaf. In een boom slapen, letterlijk tussen de takken slapen is een onbeschrijfelijke ervaring.

Quiet, detached vacation home for 2

It is a separate annex to a farm that is no longer working. We do have 2 Hereford cows and sometimes some extra cows in the meadow. And Snoopy (our dog) is present, but on request he stays inside. Snoopy is a young dog. Suitable for 2 people who can walk stairs. (Beds upstairs) Equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, TV, private WiFi, private entrance and private terrace. In the chicken coop, there are four chickens and no rooster.
