In the most beautiful part of Giethoorn, outside the busy tourist area, this unique holiday home is surrounded by nature. With unobstructed views over the water. The cottage has 2 bedrooms (1x 2 persons and 2x 1 person bed). There is another 5th bed (1 pers.) on the hall upstairs. We would like to know if you would like to use a sheet package (bed linen & towels). Surcharge is €10,00 p.p. This cute white cottage with a thatched roof is like from a fairy tale book! As if you really live in authentic Giethoorn. (North) The boats can be rented from the neighbors and the beautiful bridges can be found only a 6-minute walk away. Without hordes of tourists. (South). Location is top. Nearby is all kinds of things to do. We had 1 rainy day but even then there is plenty to find in Meppel, among other things. Nice cottage, plenty of peace and privacy. Everything was clean. Marjan is a nice host! Gr fam van der Weide

Lovely and cozy apartment very close to train station and 10 minutes walking to centre. Perfect for 2 people, big bathroom and very comfortable beds, felt very like at home. Wim very helpful and quick response. We highly recommend to stay in Wim's apartment in beautiful Meppel.

Incredibly nice place with a super welcoming atmosphere, and really nice people. The campsite was really cozy and was in lovely surroundings. Toilets and bathrooms were large and clean. There was also an activity room where you could play various games and take part in the good atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Communication with Ilse was very smooth and fast. The location is very good. In the centre of Meppel but still nice and quiet and on Ilse's advice free parking. The 1920 house has been renovated with a lot of love and attention to detail and is equipped with every comfort. We would like to recommend this B&B and will definitely come back.
