Upstairs in the Netherlands, near the Wadden Coast, you will find this sustainable and energy-neutral tiny house. The cottage is furnished with love and down to the last detail. Everything you need is available. It is made entirely of wood and has an area of 30m². The tiny house is located at the back of our property and is surrounded by a natural garden. This gives it a wide view with plenty of privacy. The tranquillity and space in this lovely cottage feels like a real experience, a place to daydream for a while!

The spacious living room with spacious Chesterfield sofa overlooks the Winsumerdiep. Onderdendam is a beautiful village 12 km from the city of Groningen and has a protected village view. Our 2-person Canadian canoe and our 3 bicycles are available for rent at a reasonable price.

Our comfortable guesthouse for 2 to 4 people is located in a beautiful building dating from 1864, overlooking the picturesque village church, in the heart of Grijpskerk. With its own entrance, a spacious bedroom, a cosy living/sleeping area and a modern bathroom, you can enjoy peace and privacy. The train station is within walking distance; you can get to Groningen in 14 minutes and to Leeuwarden in 30 minutes. An ideal base for exploring the city, nature, Lauwersmeer and Schiermonnikoog. The Barn is a luxurious guesthouse at the back of the farm with us on the property, wonderfully quiet location outside the village. Fully furnished with kitchen, bathroom, living room and 2 bedrooms. 1 on the loft and 1 separate bedroom both with a large 2-person bed. The loft has a headroom of 165 cm. Welcome to Klein Nienoord, staying in a beautiful farmhouse from 1905 close to Groningen. The house has its own entrance and garden and is fully equipped. The luxurious sauna is a nice place to relax and if you want something more active you can use the gym. Within walking distance is the entrance to the Nienoord estate where you can take a beautiful walk. We have bicycles for rent to explore the area. Good to know: we do not provide breakfast. You do have your own kitchen with an oven.

Historic house - sleeps 6 persons, 3 sleeping rooms, situated in a peaceful and car free street. Silent back garden, directly at the waterfront. Ideal place to rest and explore the environment. House consists of: living room, 1 sleeping room on the ground floor (2 beds) - 2 sleeping rooms on the first floor, new kitchen - dishwasher, dryer, washing machine , bathroom (bath - shower). Touristtax is E1,50 per night per adult in addition to the Airbnb booking. Pets only after agreement.

The French doors lead you to a beautiful terrace with outdoor stove, sauna and the Groningen outdoor life. As an extra option, you can choose a breakfast or cheese platter consisting of organic local products

As can be seen in the photos, there is a shed behind the house. This will not bother you, there is little to no movement and certainly not at night.

Located in the middle of 2 National Parks; Lauwersmeer and the Alde Feannen. Ideal cycling and hiking area.

This delightful energy-neutral water villa suitable for 4 till 8 persons, was recently built and located on its own plot with lots of privacy on a peninsula on the Paterswoldsemeer in Haren. The house has a lot of luxury and comfort such as two bathrooms, a large kitchen with built-in appliances, a big dining and livingroom and a beautiful view at the Lake. At the deck terrace you can enjoy the sunsetwith a glass of wine in your hand.
