Het huis ligt op fietsafstand van de schone Walcherse stranden van Zoutelande en Domburg en het Veerse Meer. De renovatie van deze voormalige noodschuur is in 2020 afgerond. De energieneutrale vakantiewoning heeft energielabel A+++ en voldoet hiermee aan de eisen van deze tijd. Het is ruim, comfortabel, knus en gezellig. Een fantastische plek voor een heerlijke vakantie.

studio duinhuis ...das eigens entworfene Holzhaus mit Kaminofen liegt auf der Anhöhe gegenüber vom Badpaviljoen, 100 m entfernt vom Aufgang zum Strand! Es ist mein Lebenstraum, mit einem kleinen Atelier am Meer zu leben und Menschen in dem Gästehaus im Garten willkommen zu heißen. Das typisch Zeeländische Haus öffnet seine Fenster nach außen auf eine sonnige Holzterrasse, das Meer hört man bis hierher. Eine gemütliche Schlafempore macht das Haus besonders, die eigene Sauna ist buchbar!

Romantische cosy cabin voor twee aan het water

Laat je in de unieke Meers Cabin verwonderen door de natuur, rust en stilte en dit in alle comfort. Ontwaak met een ongerept wijds zicht op de verdronken weilanden (Meersen) en akkers; wisselend op het ritme van de seizoenen. Geniet van het schouwspel van de fladderend zingende veldleeuwerik, het blij gekwetter van zwaluwen als de avond valt. Lig languit op de steiger, stap in het bootje om zomaar wat te dobberen op de natuurvijver. Wandel, fiets, zwem of doe gewoon eens lekker niets.

Enjoy the lovely setting of a unique stay in the middle of the fields. These houses are designed with high quality materials to offer the highest level of comfort. The light woods and modern furniture give this space a warm and homely ambiance. Big windows offer an extraordinary view over the typical Zeeuwse polders. The central location allows the guests to discover the nearby beaches as well as visit the villages of Bruges, Knokke, Cadzand, Damme etc. No pets - No smoking

The guesthouse consists of 1 bedroom - kitchen - living area- toilet - bathroom. Everything is brand new (building finished in 2017 and completely painted in march 2021). With a private surface of 80 m², you certainly have enough space to enjoy your stay. You are welcome to use the garden & terrace . Deze gezellige woonboerderij, hof Mettenije ligt aan de rand van een dorpje op een rustige dijk. Midden tussen de akkers, in alle rust en toch vlak aan zee met prachtige grote zandstranden (2,5km). Het huis (ca 200m2) is geschikt voor grote gezinnen/families (10 p). Eventueel en indien beschikbaar is de naastgelegen guesthouse erbij te huren (2-4p). Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en volledig energieneutraal.

Welcome to our favourite place! A lovely house at Kortgene harbour in the always sunny province of Zeeland. You can relax and unwind here. The house is available for six people and is fully equipped. Beach, shops, eateries, supermarket, everything is within walking distance. There is also an electric charging station for your electric car. Please note, you can only connect this with your own charging card.
