The garden house is located in the middle of our 2000m2 garden. At the edge of the garden you will find the sauna and hot tub that overlook the meadows. We live a large part of the garden here, and are happy to share the wealth of the outdoors with others.

Uit deze charmante, unieke accommodatie wil je nooit meer weg. Dit gastenverblijf (32m2) in het statige Dieren-Zuid biedt een panoramisch uitzicht over de IJssel en uiterwaarden. Het verblijf is volledig ingericht voor 2 personen met eigen ingang (gedeelde hal). Nationaal Park Veluwezoom (Posbank op 12 minuten) en Hanzesteden binnen handbereik: heerlijk wandelen, fietsen, museumbezoek, kastelen bezoeken. Met het intercitystation op loopafstand zijn Arnhem, Zutphen en Deventer goed te bereiken.

You have a cozily furnished sitting bedroom. The use of the luxuriously furnished bathroom plus toilet is included and is not shared with others. In addition, you have a private entrance to the plot. We are very hospitable and you can come to us with all your questions. Our space is only available for rent in combination with 1 or more overnight stays. Not just for a number of hours. B & B De Rozengracht

Our B&B is located in a lovely garden on the city canal of the historic town of Doesburg, close to the city center and the IJsselkade. Free parking is available on our own, enclosed property, bicycles can be stored under cover. You can enjoy the nice place on the water and the garden house. Breakfast is ready for you in the fridge. In Doesburg, you will find nice restaurants, shops and museums. Or visit the Achterhoek, Veluwe, Arnhem and Zutphen, a nice mix of culture and history!

The residence is well insulated, has plenty of light, is stylishly decorated and you have access to a large garden of about 800 square meters with shade and sun. Beautiful cycling environment and nice places to visit; 10 minutes away: Doesburg/ Bronkhorst/ Vorden/ Zutphen/ Doetinchem. 20 minutes away from Arnhem. Bicycles can be charged in our shed.

Light and spacious, with over 50m2, there is plenty of room for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the independent studio with high-quality materials. Just as you would like it at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a refrigerator filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/quark, eggs, jam. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

At the Church

At the Church is a modern apartment in a 16th century national monument, heart of the center of Hanseatic city Doesburg. You step out the door and be at museums (Lalique, Mustard museum), fine restaurants (Het Arsenaal 1309), the IJsselkade, supermarkets and other shops. Doesburg is the base for hikers and cyclists who want to discover the Achterhoek, the IJssel Valley and the Veluwe. AirBnB Bij de Kerk is also suitable for short stay and for business travelers.

Spend the night in a creative environment

The studio (45 m2) is close to public transportation (NS) and the village center. You will love the place because of the location, the atmosphere, the spacious living space, the freely accessible large garden (5000m2) and the creative look. It is a good base for Arnhem (20 min. by train), history (Doesburg/'s Heerenberg) and forest (Montferland). More studios are available for rent on site as well as the studio. The space is best suited for single people.

The cities of Doetinchem, Zevenaar & Arnhem are easy to reach. We are close to the German border so Elten or Kleve are also nearby.
