The Front House of our national monumental farmhouse has been renovated into a full luxury suite with its own amenities. The original details, such as the high ceilings, the bedstee walls and even an original bedstee where you can sleep, have been retained. No less than 65m2 with its own kitchen, spacious living room and separate bedroom with freestanding bath. Toilet and spacious walk-in shower. With the option to use the hot tub, sauna and outdoor shower, with additional costs, you can relax and unwind.

In one of the quietest places in the Netherlands, our completely refurbished bakery is located. Walk into the endless German forests from the yard or explore the area by bicycle. Beautiful towns such as Ootmarsum, Hardenberg and Gramsbergen are close by, but there is also plenty to see across the border. The kitchen is fully furnished and the private terrace has a comfortable seat, barbecue, sun loungers and parasol. A luxury breakfast is available on request for €15,- per person

The cottage is located on the border of the Netherlands / Germany in a nature reserve where you can enjoy hiking and cycling on both sides of the border. Parking is free. In a unique location near the center of Emmen is apartment "De Uil". The luxury apartment is fully equipped, it is spacious and bright. You have a private shed for your bikes. Since April 2024, we have a large balcony with which you have beautiful views over the pond. There is also a picnic bench on the ground floor. Do you have an electric car? No problem. On a small-scale arable farm, lies this atmospheric studio with its own entrance. The studio includes a full kitchen, dining table, cozy sitting area and a double bed. A baby doctor can be placed on request. The bathroom includes a bath tub, shower and sink. There is a separate toilet. Outside there is a lovely seat. A wonderful base to relax and unwind! There are also plenty of activities nearby. Wildlands Adventure Zoo, for example, is 5 km away.

In our guest house furnished with a lot of love, we warmly welcome our guests. The guest house has 2 single beds, which are located on an gallery. ( The beds can also be pushed together). There is room for more guests on a sofa bed. Located directly on the Vechte, in a quiet location with many hiking and biking trails, you will find our nice guest house. I warmly welcome my guests to my apartment. It is located in the heart of Emlichheim in a quiet residential area and can accommodate 2 - 4 people. Between Vechte and the Alte-Picardie Canal lies Emlichheim on the Dutch border. Many bike paths and hiking trails make this region a popular recreation area. Simply feel good and relax. This studio is suitable for two people from young to old, who especially share our passion for nature and consciously interact with the environment.
