It is part of our small property, which also includes our own home and another small cottage (for 2 people). The green spaces, the swimming pool (from May to the end of September) and the hot tub (subject to conditions) are shared between the various accommodation units.

Old house of 55 m², completely restored 12 km from La Rochelle, 7 minutes from the ocean, overlooking a large garden with heated pool (mid-May/end of September). Meals can be enjoyed on the south-facing terrace. The cottage is located at the back of our garden but completely independent of our house. The cottage is rated 3 stars by the Charentes-Tourisme organization.
