Es liegt in einem ruhigen zentralen Stadtteil von Kassel, man braucht nur 5 Minuten in die Karlsaue und auch öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind direkt um die Ecke zu erreichen (3 Haltestellen zum Friedrichsplatz & Friedericianum). Es ist gemütlich eingerichtet mit allem was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt in Kassel braucht. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Das moderne Bad hat eine große Dusche.

Im Wohnzimmer steht eine neue Schlafcouch mit Ottomane. Für eventuell eine 3. Person. We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air, free spirit and are open to guests. The bakery with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and timeless comfort is located separately on the property. Next to the residential building (40 m away) is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophise, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, pure reduction! Adventure instead of luxury.

Both cities can be reached in a 30-minute drive. Bikers are also welcome. There is ample space for horses or motorcycles/bicycles.

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.

It offers guests a very cozy ambiance in an idyllic garden paradise. Free parking is available right in front of the house. Bikes can also be rented. Various shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity and are within walking distance.

The village is beautifully situated at 360 meters above sea level, right on the edge of the vast Habichtswald. Ideal for walking and tranquility.   The house is very luxurious: three saunas, two bathrooms, pool table and much more! There’s lots to do in the area. Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.
