Our quietly located accommodation in the basement with approx. 25 m² is equipped with modern furniture and a kitchen. A covered seating area with a grill is right in front of it. You can access the property through a separate entrance door. Nieste is a small community that invites you to relax with its diverse hiking trails (premium trails) and mountain bike trails. Hiking trails are within a 2-minute walking distance. Kassel city center can be reached in just 15 minutes.

We, a young family, offer you an apartment decorated with love according to the motto "As if for myself" in the district of Kassel. The apartment includes an approx. 20 m² partially covered terrace and a garden. In the apartment itself, everything is available for everyday needs. Extensive range from spices to board games, washing machine, fly screens and care products. A recreational area in the district of the Documenta city of Kassel can be reached in about 15 minutes.

The direct access to the forest invites you for hiking and relaxing walks. Along the three rivers there are great bike routes. The historic old town (20 min) and shopping facilities (5 min) are also within walking distance. Free parking is available on the street.

Car is absolutely not necessary thanks to the connections to Kassel or towards Hessian Lichtenau. You have a separate balcony at your disposal and can use the garden and terrace with all amenities. The fireplace is currently defective. Recently, a guest moved it so that the pipes are leaking.

Bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and underfloor heating. Hot water and heating are always available. The "Legionella guard" works on Sundays, then Tap water 64 °C hot! Good for staff of personnel service providers.

Family Waldkauz's guest house in the middle of the forest

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.
