The apartment is on the second floor of a more than 300-year-old half-timbered house in traditional clay construction. The listed house has been professionally completely renovated and comfortably furnished with a lot of love for detail. The ecological construction ensures a very healthy indoor climate. In the garden there is also a rustic, wood-heated Finnish log cabin sauna, which we will gladly heat up for you for an extra charge of €15.

Welcome to our cozy apartment TILDA in Lichtenwalde. Here you can unwind alone or as a couple and relax. The center of Chemnitz is only 8 km away and also easily accessible by bus (stop right outside the door). The beautiful Lichtenwalde Castle and the Baroque garden can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. The area is characterized by many hiking trails, forests and quaint restaurants. Our beautiful apartment is located in the district of Chemnitz - Reichenhain. It offers a modern fully equipped kitchen, living room and bedroom, daylight bathroom with bathtub/shower. The living room is furnished with a cozy couch, TV chair, flat screen TV, WiFi and stereo. The couch can be used as a full extra bed for 1-2 people. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed, a single bed and a large closet.
