Holiday rentals with a patio in Niederdorf

We really enjoyed our stay at Egon’s apartment. It was clean, modern and spacious. Most importantly, the bed was comfortable! Secondly, the apartment had a washing machine, drying rack and dryer! We were away from home for 7 weeks and had wasted so much time at laundromats! Huge bonus being able to do our washing at Egon’s apartment. He had also left us a small bottle of champagne and sweet snacks…thoughtful touch. The temperatures were very hot during our 3-day stay and there is no air conditioning. To alleviate our discomfort, Egon very kindly brought a fan for us to use which made a big difference! We can highly recommend Egon as a host, and his apartment as a great place to stay at.

Such a great location for exploring the Dolomites. And a fun find to also get to explore the cute town of Sillian, which is super walkable with great pizza, gelato, playgrounds, and a bike path. The place is pristine and very comfortable, so we felt right at home. The host was very friendly and helpful with lots of great recommendations. Would highly recommend staying here!

We had an unforgettable stay! The host was absolutely amazing — very attentive and detailed, providing clear instructions for everything. Her mother warmly welcomed us at the café right under the apartment, which was such a lovely touch. The place was spotlessly clean, fully equipped with all the essentials, and just as described. It’s located in a quiet village with a breathtaking view that looked like a painted landscape. The location was perfect for exploring nearby villages and lakes — everything was easy to reach. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for peace, beauty, and a truly memorable experience. We spent beautiful days here that we’ll never forget!

The place and the whole valley are indescribably beautiful. Günther and Ingrid are very warm and great hosts. They played a key role in making our stay unforgettable. We really want to come back. It was one of the best Airbnb experiences I have had yet. The house is perfectly described on the listing. We found it spacious and well designed. The view from the balcony is something that I have to mention. It is as peaceful as it gets and for someone looking to take a break from everyday life, this is a perfect getaway with a view of the mountains. The accommodation is much better than it looks in the photos. Angelika is very kind, the apartment is very spacious and very clean. It has all the utensils to be able to spend several days. The terrace has beautiful views and is very close to Ortisei. We recommend it.

Thanks to Martina we had a really wonderful week, a house really immersed in nature with a breathtaking view, for those looking for tranquility and excursions and the best house in which we have ever been equipped with all the comforts! We spent a fantastic week in this beautiful house in May 2025. As soon as you enter, you can feel how much love and taste the house has been furnished with. The modern furnishings leave nothing to be desired and everything is just as beautiful as it is promised in the pictures. The magnificent balcony and the whirlpool in particular gave us unforgettable moments of relaxation – we enjoyed the time there very much. The hosts also rounded off our stay perfectly: always available, warm and extremely helpful. We felt completely comfortable and will be happy to come back as soon as the path leads us back to this wonderful region

We've really been to a lot of Air BnBs, but the slanted cottage surpassed everything. The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired, there are a large number of board games (the air hockey was really fun) and books and everything is furnished with great attention to detail. Tresdorf is a great starting point for hikes and other activities (recommended at this point, among other things, the herbal hike by Hana Lerchbaumer). We had a great time with our dog Toni (even feeding bowls and a mobile fence available), who felt very welcome. Those looking for peace and comfort will find both. We stayed with my wife and toddler for 6 days. Loved the piece and quiet there. The view is just breathtaking, so it’s worth all the way up and downs. The place had everything and it was so clean, we really felt like home during our stay. The only thing we missed was a chair for the kid. Really recommend this place!

Amazing stay with lovely hosts who did a great job of introducing me to the location and explaining how to best use the Airbnb. They provide so many little amenities in the apartment that truly make you feel comfortable and taken care of. My favorite part of the place was definitely the view from the balcony. Wish I had had more time to stay here, mil grazie Luciana!

Franz was communicative and friendly. The place is modern and kept very clean. The kitchen is quite nice. The beds are comfortable and the porch gives you a nice view with sounds of wildlife. Would definitely stay here again.

The most amazing place we have ever stayed, we cannot recommend Felix and Sabine's place anymore. We stayed here for a few days as we did different hikes in the Dolomites and was a perfect base. Within walking distance of bars and restaurants in Brixen. The house (and hottub) is fantastic, the kitchen was fully stocked and we felt like we were at home. We will be back!

Small but very nice apartment, top modern furnishings. Great view from the terrace directly on Sextener red wall, elf and three-shoe tip. Good pizzeria across the street, top bakery next door. Communication worked out great. Very nice stay.

The apartment was very nice and comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with all the needs and even the smallest details such as spices, oil and coffee were present, and this is rare and we appreciate it a lot. The bathroom is clean and the water is hot and constant, and the apartment is very warm and suitable for cold weather. The host was very cooperative, gave us the option to pick up the key from his office or meet us at the apartment, and explained everything in detail. The safety point is excellent, and everything is organized and clear. Overall, it was a great experience and I give them 10 out of 10⭐️

Helene's place is insane. We felt right at home. The area is a dream! Helene was incredibly helpful and too quick to reach. The apartment is incredibly well equipped and much larger than in the photos. We would definitely recommend the place and will definitely be back. j Many thanks :) 😊

This is a cosy but roomy apartment in a beautiful location. Very clean and there was everything we needed (lots of useful kitchen equipment). Everything was great and Giuliana went out her way to make it easy for us. Lots of walks around the place and only a 25 minute to the Lagole. I would 100% recommend this apartment - thank you Giuliana! (Also, you might not notice from the pictures but the bed is huge and very comfortable).

We stayed there for a week with our dog and it was a dream! The system is very clean and really very well maintained. We felt completely comfortable, the view is fantastic. For most activities you need a car, which was no problem for us. We will be happy to come back!

The accommodation is super nicely decorated, incredibly clean and modern. The location is very suitable for excursions in the Dolomites. The many recommendations for restaurants as well as the great amenities in the apartment rounded off the stay. Julia was very friendly, proactive and always responded very quickly. We will be back!
