The house is situated alone in a sea of fields, surrounded by the wind in a fantastic perennial garden. With the help of many artist colleagues and friends, this formerly unspectacular guesthouse from the 1990s was converted and renovated into a small oasis and a garden was created with the help of landscape designer Rainer Elstermann. In the former bakery of the 170-person village of Nieden, we have created a newly renovated apartment. It has a separate entrance from the street side. We live with our 3 children in the same building, right next door. The place is very quiet and of course in the middle of nature. You can stroll through meadows and fields and have the Uecker right outside the door. Furthermore, the Berlin-Usedom bicycle route runs directly through our village.

We offer four apartments in the old manor house in Damme. Solid and rustic wooden floorboards are in the premises, healthy lime plaster on the walls. Tap water is spring water quality thanks to modern house filtration. Floor heating in the bathrooms, ceiling heating in all other rooms. And all this by geothermal energy.
