The farmhouse has a secluded location and is accessible via avenue. On the grounds, the Feldstein walls of an old stable have been preserved as a picturesque ruin. 2 swimming lakes are within walking distance. The newly renovated vacation home is located in the center of Grünz village, surrounded by the beautiful Randowtal. The cozy kitchen-living room offers a fireplace and a sofa bed. The bedroom with adjoining terrace invites you to have breakfast and linger. The large lawn in front of the vacation home is ideal for children and/or dogs to play and romp. In our beautiful region you can hike for hours, ride a bike and enjoy nature. The nearby lake invites you to swim, fish or go boating.

A house in the fields

The house is situated alone in a sea of fields, surrounded by the wind in a fantastic perennial garden. With the help of many artist colleagues and friends, this formerly unspectacular guesthouse from the 1990s was converted and renovated into a small oasis and a garden was created with the help of landscape designer Rainer Elstermann. In constant growth and change, an idyllic place was created - and is still being created - in which 10 people can be accommodated in the guest part.

A break in a large farmhouse with an orchard, near a lake

The ideal place for your time out is in a small village on one of the largest nature reserves in Germany. Three sides with unobstructed views and a large orchard let you forget the stress of everyday life. It is not uncommon to watch deer or cranes in their activities. Built in 1912, the brick house is stylishly furnished and leaves nothing to be desired. The lake in the village is within walking distance and by car it is only 30 minutes to the beach in Ueckermünde.

The house is spacious and large enough for up to 6 people. The kitchen invites you to cook. A grill is available. On the terrace you can eat well and relax. In the garden there is a large walnut tree that provides cool shade in summer. The house is situated in a quiet residential area, but still has good access to shops and restaurants. It is not far from the B 104 and only 10 km from the BAB 20. Relaxation – in this spacious and quiet accommodation.

To the sparrow's nest - holidays in the countryside

In the former bakery of the 170-person village of Nieden, we have created a newly renovated apartment. It has a separate entrance from the street side. We live with our 3 children in the same building, right next door. The place is very quiet and of course in the middle of nature. You can stroll through meadows and fields and have the Uecker right outside the door. Furthermore, the Berlin-Usedom bicycle route runs directly through our village.

Gutshof Damme Apartment # 4

We offer four apartments in the old manor house in Damme. Solid and rustic wooden floorboards are in the premises, healthy lime plaster on the walls. Tap water is spring water quality thanks to modern house filtration. Floor heating in the bathrooms, ceiling heating in all other rooms. And all this by geothermal energy. A lot of dedication and love are put into this project! The large garden invites our guests to linger, relax and stroll.
