Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a single dwelling, with a sea view and a private patio. Nice location at the heart of a quiet construction field. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most of the kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have checked in until 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want earlier check in. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approximately every 30 minutes to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several great beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, own lockable door.

Cozy studio of 20 sqm in the old wooden house in Barbu, with short walk into Arendal city centre. Studio has a separate entrance, combined living room/bedroom with good bed and closet space. Kitchen has a stove with 2 hotplates, a small refrigerator and otherwise simply equipped for 1 person. Washing machine with dryer in the kitchen. Bathroom with sink, toilet and shower cubicle. Outside: Private terrace for Airbnb with furniture and nice view. Key safe: Guest checks in themselves with a key safe. Flexible at times.

Cosy loft near city center and UIA

Stedet ligger i Grimstad sentrum med gåavstand til kafeer, restauranter, havna og bystranda. Gratis parkering. Det er 15 minutters gange til universitetet(UIA). Mange flotte strender i nærheten, 25 minutter til dyreparken og 20 minutter til Arendal. Loftet består av et stort rom med dobbeltseng, en enkeltseng, en hyggelig TV-krok, kjøleskap, tekjøkken med vannkoker samt et hyggelig lite bad. I tillegg har stedet en koselig terrasse med ettermiddagssol. Husdyr koster 100 kr ekstra pr. døgn.

Liten hybel i et rolig område nær Grimstad sentrum. Ett soverom med dobbeltseng (150 cm), samt sovesofa med plass til én til (gi beskjed på forhånd om dette er aktuelt). Badet, med dusj, har tilkomst fra soverommet. Liten kjøkkenkrok med kjøleskap, vannkoker og mikrobølgeovn (ikke stekeovn/kokeplate). Parkering rett utenfor hybelen. Det tar 10 minutter å gå og 2 minutter å kjøre til Grimstad sentrum. Til UiA er det 30 min å gå, men det er gode bussforbindelser like i nærheten.

Simple and peaceful accommodation with a central location to beaches, the zoo, Arendal and Grimstad. 35 m2 with sleeping alcove with double bed and sofa bed. Midway between Arendal and Grimstad. It takes about 12 minutes to drive to Arendal/Grimstad and 35 minutes to the zoo. Short distance to great beaches on Fevik. Free parking and walking distance to the bus. A great place to stay for 2-3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Rural and central storehouse - Cosy cabin

A cosy and comfortable cabin, set in a rural surrounding but just 6 km to the center of Arendal where you’ll find shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and ferries to the nearby islands. 1 km to nearest shop and local cafe’ and just 35 minutes to Kristiansand Zoo or 45 minutes to Kjevik airport. 20 minutes to Grimstad. The cabin comes with parking and a private patio plus bed linen and towels.

The apartment is located in the basement of the seaside house in Arendal. The apartment is newly renovated with new kitchen with dishwasher and microwave oven. In the living room there is both a seating area and dining area. Cots can be added if needed. There is access to use the garden on the outside of the apartment. Access to bathing/seafront is agreed with the host.
