As a native of Hutchinson it was good to see that these owners take pride in the house. Very nice cut grass appearance of the home was very nice. Inside was beautifully done and felt very easy to feel at home . It was quiet and very nice furnishings throughout the whole place. Clean inside and out we will keep this as a favorite and re stay if ever our dates line up.

This was our second stay. We enjoy our time and feel at home here. Everything we need is provided and we always have a nice walk through the quiet little town. My only suggestion is to keep your eyes out for the neighbor's dogs across the street if you go out for a walk. That being said, we will still not hesitate to come back.

Lake house was amazing! We had a great time kayaking on the private lake and relaxing out on the back deck. House was spotless, living room furniture and beds were comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything that we needed. Host was responsive, friendly and helpful. Would definitely return.

A beautiful, charming home with a private feel. We enjoyed learning the history of this multi-generational farmhouse, with farmland, equipment, and even chickens in view outside the fully screened sunroom. The hosts were helpful and communicative, and made us feel truly welcome. More than enough space for everyone and everything we needed to settle in for a week. A great find that we’ll definitely be returning to when we’re in the area!
