The apartment is fully equipped and air conditioned. There is a vegetable and fruit shop and a farm food store right on the property. The neighboring property has a pharmacy, groceries, wine shop, coffee shop, restaurant and hairdresser.

The small guest house is located directly in Weiden on Lake Neusiedl. The beach is about 1 km away and easily accessible by car or bike. Bike rental is close by. The bike path around the lake is very popular with guests. Water sports activities: surfing, sailing, sup (rental for a fee on the beach). Connection to the public network by S-Bahn in the village. To the airport about 25 car car cars. The garden house is good for couples, solo adventurers and families with children.
