Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Nichelino

We loved our month long stay at Barbara’s! You can tell the apartment design was well thought out and curated. We had everything we needed for our stay to be comfortable. Barbara even went the extra mile by arranging for a professional to cleaner to come halfway through our stay which was so kind! The apartment is close to the park and a short walk to the tram and metro station. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

The apartment is really nice, new, very clean and equipped with all amenities (air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher) In addition, the location is fantastic: in the center, you can reach almost everyone with cultural points of interest on foot, very close to Porta Nuova station and airport connections. And despite this, overlooking the inner courtyard of the building, the apartment is very quiet and peaceful. Finally, Antonella was a super helpful and kind host. Thank you and see you next time

We can only confirm the previous positive recessions: - Magnificent views including sunset. - The apartment corresponds to the photos, is quietly located and spacious also for 5 adults. - The kitchen equipment is sufficient. If something is missing, just ask. - Howard and Sara are available at any time. - The place is what we expect from Airbnb listings: private accommodation with in-person contact with locals and still privacy. - Thanks for the many tips. What to note: - The journey is partly narrow and steep, but doable for experienced drivers and cars that are not lowered. - The shower is more for slim people. - A bedroom doesn't have windows. To get daylight in the room, an opening without glazing in the form of a semicircle was recessed on a wall that adjoins the living room. - The charging speed for electric cars is extremely slow. We are happy to recommend the place.

Deborah’s place was just as described and everything was in perfect working order. Very nice amenities and decor. Area seemed very safe and there was a great breakfast place nearby (The Globe). Out of the way but walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Torino.

My husband and I stayed here during our trip to Turin. It’s a 20 minute walk from Maria Austrialice basilica, where we wanted to go. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Place was clean and Chiara made it easy to communicate. We would stay here again.

It was a stay of 13 people and we were very comfortable and satisfied. Everything was spotless, with lots of detail, including a bottle of local wine that was great. Despite the cold outside, the heating worked perfectly. It is in the center, being able to access everything on foot in minutes. Possibilities of parking without a problem. Restaurants and shops very close. Recommended restaurant next door. great food, menu and attention. Good communication at all times. We loved all and repeat.

Wonderful home and environment. Great for relaxing and spending some time together with friends and family. The property is near Alba, Barbaresco and not far from Barolo. In just over an hour you can reach Turin. If I have the chance, I'll definitely be back. I recommend it.

A wonderful house with two apartments. We lived in an apartment with a balcony on the second floor. Excellent design and cleanliness. The apartment has everything you might need. But the main thing is the nature around and the views from the windows. Francis is a wonderful host! We will definitely come back here!

Lots of space. Great location close to the train, metro, tram and waking to many spots. Quiet in the bedroom facing the courtyard. Living room windows overlooking a busy pedestrian street so with windows open it could be noisy. But the windows closed keep most of the noise out. Well stocked, good linens, very comfortable bed. We loved staying here.

Best accomodatation and host so far. The host was super friendly, always responsive and precise with the instructions. Always kind, helpfull… Thank you Stefano! The house is really great for a bit longer stay. We were there for 14 days and house had everything we need. Washing machine, tumble-dry, A/C, dishwasher, etc… coffee machine! (nespresso) The location is also something we liked. With two small children, it’s within 30-35 minutes to the city centre. If you’re alone or couple, that’s probably a bit less. Torino, as a city is perfectly located. 2.5 hours to Nice and on the other side, Mont Blanc that is around 3 hours drive.

A spacious, central and very clean accommodation in the pedestrian area of Turin. As a family of 5, we were able to do everything on foot from here. Two great bathrooms and enough stance for everyone. Valeria explained everything best and was immediately available. We did not use the kitchen, but enjoyed the great restaurants in the area. Antonella's apartment is even more beautiful than you can see in the photo...it is very large, very elegant and furnished with taste, originality and very clean...for our needs it was the best choice we could make. We were three couples with kids and it was really a beautiful experience! Everyone had their own bedroom with a bathroom and the kids were so happy to spend these days together. Perfect location, easily accessible center on foot, very close to the beautiful Valentino Park and very convenient parking. Antonella was very kind in recommending many things and in the flexibility of check-in and check-out times. In short, everything was perfect and we can only recommend it to everyone!!!

Maria Chiara's place was very nice, clean and well designed. The neighborhood is really great for discovering Turin on foot, with a phenomenal amount of great restaurants. Memory shape mattress that will not be suitable for those who like to sleep on a very hard bed but will please lovers of fluff. Spacious and very good bathroom. The only constraint: connected locks, which certainly work very well, but still need to have a phone loaded on you! When you travel, don't worry, but only I would be afraid to forget my mobile and get stuck;) otherwise everything was really fine.

We had a great stay at Massimiliano's place. We were able to leave our luggage before the official check-in time while he was getting the apartment ready for our official check in. The apartment is clean and spacious for 2 people. Everything is available for a pleasant stay, even a washing machine but also shower gel etc. The location is perfect, right in the center: all major sights are within walking distance but bus and tram stops are also close by. Massimiliano is a very thoughtful host: he had breakfast for us 😊 and responds quickly to messages and questions. We had trouble with the door the first day, (but that was more up to us🤣) He was with us within 10mins to assist us. He asks during the stay if everything is still to your liking, which was very much appreciated by us. Thank you Massimiliano!!

Clean and comfortable apartment. Supermarket within walking distance and great pizzeria just around the corner. The public transport stops are super close and you can get to the center in 40 minutes. Highly recommended.

Really appreciated the ease ability of staying at Emanuele’s place. The keyless entry is so easy and practical. The home was just as advertised and the rooms were clean and big. Emanuele was very responsive and helpful through my stay. If I find myself in Turin again I would stay at Emanuele’s
