Holiday rentals with a patio in Nice

It was a relaxing getaway with plenty of activities if you were to stay around the resort. Staff was A+

We have stay at the resort before. It is very close to our daughter's home. We love the convience and service. Jesse was a most helpful host and made everything work smoothly. We will probably stay again sometime and if you can get Jesse for host do so, you won't regret it. Tony

Great spot right on the lake! The place is incredibly spacious and well-equipped. Not walkable to much other than the lake, but very convenient to get places by car. The lake view from the deck was lovely. Honestly was a perfect studio that could be a great for a long term stay too.

Our stay at Miguel and Fannie’s home was wonderful! The home was cozy and the amenities were more than enough and the view of the lake from the living room was breathtaking. The patio has two fire pits and plenty of seating. The dock was an amazing spot for fishing and there was an abundance of fish. We will definitely stay again when we are back in the area. My second time visiting GlynRaven Gardens. This time I brought a couple of girlfriends from out of town for a girls trip weekend and it was everything we could have hoped for. Antler is a wonderful host and gave us a full tour of the farm and grounds. The “Hillside Manor” where we stayed was comfortable and private. The views are unparalleled. The pool and hot tub are definitely highlights (my favorite thing was swimming in the moonlight under the stars!) What a magical, delightful spot. Will be back a third time, I’m sure!

Amazing view of the lake from the house and hot tub on the deck was cherry on the cake. Kids had an amazing time enjoying the hot tub. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and basic cooking stuff, so we cooked our meals comfortably there. Beds were very comfortable and they even had extra blankets and sleeping bags. This house has everything for a relaxing and fun weekend. Host was super accommodating for our late check out. We and our friends had a wonderful time, looking forward to returning in the future. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay when in town!

Jason’s home was exactly what we needed to visit with my in laws and my husband and small child. The home was spacious and clean. Jason was very communicative and available when needed. We loved the ability to rent the boat for a tour of the lake. Having been to Clearlake a bunch in the past it was great to see the lake from a different vantage point. We look forward to staying with him in the future!

Genna was helpful in every way possible and more! One of us left 2 bags in the lake house on the departure day. Genna was able to locate the items and arrange delivery. Prior to arrival Genna knew I had concerns about a weather situation; she kept us abreast of the situation which gave us peace of mind. Indeed, it was beautiful weather! It was comforting to know that the local grocery store was open on Thanksgiving Day. All nine of us (three generations) had such a special and marvelous time! Our youngsters really enjoyed the toys stashed away in the coffee table. Each bedroom was very spacious! Having 3 1/2 bathrooms was great! The large up to date kitchen, big dining table and very spacious living room was enjoyed at mealtime and family game time. Beautiful huge deck and dock on the lake side with modern fire pit and stunning sunrises! Convenient laundry room with fully equipped washer and dryer which was a lifesaver after our hike on Mt. Konocti. Thank you Genna!!

This lake house was perfect for our family of 5 and our holiday weekend getaway. We felt like we hit the Airbnb lottery. It was spacious and cozy at the same time. Our two older kids enjoyed the 3rd bedroom with the daybeds which also had all the toys, books and games. We appreciated that extra touch since we didn’t have to pack any of those items from home. We also appreciated the convenience of having a pack n play for our toddler. The hosts went above and beyond to accommodate families as well as fur babies! We brought along our pug and it was great knowing he was welcome. Our weekend was relaxing and peaceful (as much as it can be with young kids). We fished all weekend long and lost count of how many we caught! The location was ideal and we didn’t leave the house all weekend. We even used Instacart and DoorDash for some groceries and meals. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. I could go on and on about how amazing everything was. Thank you Carrin and Stan! 10/10 recommend

Arghavan is a great host, very responsive and friendly. The place was clean and spacious. Right by the lake it has a beautiful view from the living room, and the area feels safe and quiet. The only feedback I have is that I wish there’s blackout curtains in the bedrooms, we were pretty much waking up at 5 am everyday because it was so bright!

Loved the space for me and my family

A great place for a family vacation. We had a single level property with a nice patio that lead to a huge grass common area and a play structure for the kids. Pool was also a short 1 minute walk, had a great hot tub, small wading pool for the kids, and a heated large pool. We spent almost all of our time there. Arcade games were also accessible in main lobby area. Room had AC and anything we needed to our own food. Grocery store was within 5 minute drive.

We stayed there just for a night, place looks great with good lake views and the pool is well maintained.
