Marilena's accommodation is in impeccable condition, as soon as you cross the threshold you are greeted by a great clean smell, very tidy, equipped with every comfort, even in terms of kitchen utensils and services. She was a super helpful and understanding host, it was really a pleasure to stay here.

Emanuele's location was a perfect peaceful nest where to chill from the chaos reigning near Como's Lake. I must admit I was extremely surprised to find such a peaceful place in a such touristic location. Definitely worth if you want to visit Como's Lake but want a chill retreat during the night.

Amazing and super clean appartement, normally I’m a bit of a germaphobe but this was really perfect! Nothing bad to say. The place is fully equipped with everything you need, Including utensils and bin bag. Massimo was very helpful, friendly and responded fast. The location is peaceful, there’s a pizzeria and bakery just around the corner. And the lake is truly beautiful. Definitely recommend and worth every penny.

We stayed in Pierre's apartment to attend Nameless 2025. The festival was easily accessible on foot in about 35 minutes. There is convenient parking nearby. The furniture is a bit old as well as the fixtures that make the apartment poorly soundproofed but all in all it was okay, it matched the description and photos and was very clean. Convenient self check-in and Pierre was very responsive and precise in the instructions.
