Very cool villa. Everything is very clean, neat. The house has everything you need for living. There was no noise, calm and quiet. The pool is great, clean water and comfortable temperature. The host is very attentive, responsive, friendly is always available, will help and tell you what you need. When we arrived, we warmed up the coals for the barbecue in advance. It was very nice to get a cake for my birthday, I did not talk about the birthday, the host himself noticed in the passports. It was very nice, the cake is super delicious) We'd love to come back!

The house is a two-story villa with a very quiet and cozy yard, nearby is a residential area, very local, quiet, there are many plants in the room, very characteristic.Need to bring spirals and something against insect mosquitoes.The host was friendly and introduced the cafe to help us keep our luggage free of charge.

Spent almost a week here, location is great, not too far from the beach. The house also close to local shops and stores. Yen- the host is very kind and responsive, she always ask if there is anything she may help.

I definitely recommend this place! Great view, the apartment is spacious, lovely, and so close to the beach, wow! My first time in Nha Trang was an amazing experience thanks to this place ! I will love to come back here again. The view from the balcony is also very great!

It is very close to the sea, there are a lot of food for sale downstairs, and it is very convenient to buy things.

This is my second stay with Linh. A well presented apartment in a great neighbourhood. Nice garden onsite and friendly and supportive security also. Would recommend.👍👍

2 days trip in Nha Trang, the landlord's house is very good, and there is a special handsome son who received me, her son's English is also very good, mother has a lot of help to us, we went to the beach to take a bath, we have checked out, but we can still go to their house and wash the sea on our body, their home also provides rental services for motorbikes.The motorbike is also very new and super recommended to stay in!I hope to stay at their hotel next time. I hope they don't raise prices when they come next time, hahaha!

Ms Thi She was super friendly and giving us a lot of helpful information about what to do when we first arrive. I asked her questions she replied quickly. Room was super clean and having a real nice sea view room. Very convenient location. Just go down and had plenty of good food. Price was reasonable too. Highly recommend for sure.

Great flat in great location. Just by the beach. Nearby is filled with cafes restaurants and massage salons. Flat is cosy and spacious with just everything you may need during the stay. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Bedroom is very cosy and great to sleep at. Yep, no view from a window but this makes it more suitable for those who likes to sleep a bit longer. And for such a sun like in Vietnam this is more than suitable. Hoa is one of the best hosts we've ever met. We shared dinner and some drinks with her and her husband. Highly recommended!

10/10 apartment, me and my wife stayed here for one month and absolutely loved this place. Everything is new and clean, the location is quiet and peaceful. Cho Dam market is in a couple minutes away from here. You can also buy a pass to the pool, so you can enter top floor and enjoy beautiful city and sea views. And if you stay for a long time, there is an option to order a big bottle of water (20 liters) at the hotel reception for 65k dongs, it is very convenient. Kathy is very friendly and helpful host.

Beautiful view, clean place

The apartment was very nice. I even booked the room for the wrong date but it was not a problem the host changed it immediately for me and communication was generally very fast. The breakfast was also good and the staff always nice. I will come again.

This apartment is located just right across from the beautiful beach and kept very well managed. Every small detail was provided by Tu and Tho, who were very friendly and generous hosts. It is absolutely out of their control and definitely not the host's fault but during my 1.5 months of stay, there were construction noises from other units on different floors, almost every weekday. It usually starts at 8am and lasts till 5pm but the rest of the day is very quiet. Tu and Tho tried extremely hard to make my stay more comfortable and I really appreciate their effort.

Gin was a great host! Easy to communicate and quick response. Room was spacious as pictured with amazing view. Nice quiet location with access to beach and local food. Would come back again!

It wasn't the accommodation I booked, but I had a pleasant trip because they changed it to the room I wanted 3 days later.
