I loved this apartment, it's clean, bright, and spacious. Internet was very strong (room has its own wifi). The kitchen is well stocked. It's close to the beach and tourist area. They also have 2 little dogs and a cat that live on the ground floor, you might get to meet them :) The only potential downside I would say is because its on one of the main tourist streets, there is noise at night. Wouldn't recommend if you are an early or sensitive sleeper.

방크기에 비해 저렴한 가격과 가장 중요한 것은 위치가 너무 좋다는것입니다 다낭 떠나는 마지막일정을 여기서 했는데 하고싶고 가고 싶은곳들이 주변에 다 있어서 편하고 시간도 아낄수있어서 좋았습니다

숙소는 사진과 다를 바 없이 넓고 잘 정돈되어 있습니다. 거실소파가 아주 편해서 티비보며 쉬기에 좋아요. 냉장고는 삼성브랜드에 한국가정에서 일반적으로 사용하는 대형사이즈라 과일 음료 등 넣어 놓고 먹기 좋았어요. 대형TV, 세탁기 건조기 등 모든 점이 편리합니다. 숙소옆에 작은 마트와 한국식 마트가 있고 뒷편으로 돌아가면 마사지가게들과 한국사장님이 하시는 한식집, 고깃집,김밥집 등 이용하셔도 좋습니다. 숙소앞쪽 대로변보다 뒷쪽 위치한 상가가 가격이나 맛이 더 좋았어요. 한국가정이랑 가구스타일과 전자제품등이 거의 비슷해서 편하게 잘 지내다 왔고, 다음에도 다시 이용할 생각입니다.

I definitely recommend this apartment, it was cosy, clean, has amazing view and location is perfect, 2 min walking distance from beach and many restaurants and coffee shops are walking distance. Communication was great, we even received an early check in, because it was possible. I stayed in other apartments in this building and this was the cleanest, no bad smell, beds wet comfortable also. I recommend it for short or long term stay.

Had a fantastic 3 month stay at Hai Yen’s place. The accommodation is exactly as in pictures. The building is very secure and the security guards present at all times. The apartment itself is spacious with lots of storage place. Bed is comfortable and the ac works beautifully. The water pressure was very good in the bathroom. We had no trouble whilst staying there and will definitely come back to stay again. The apartment felt like a second home to us with all amenities as listed. The WiFi was excellent. Hai yen was fast responsive with all our queries. The building location is ideal for the beach and promenade walks. There are many amazing restaurants and cafes nearby to choose from. We will be back!

Place was great. I’ve staid now in Da Nang several times in several places. This place was close to everything, view was awesome. 1 block from the beach. There was only a cpl things I wanted to mention that I wish there was cooking stuff there such as spices, oil, soy sauce. I don’t want to buy all of that every time I rent a place for a short time. The bed was also too hard for my back. They were so kind and brought me a mattress topper but my back still hurt 😔. I’m giving them 5 stars. If you don’t care about a soft bed then no worries.

My partner and I stayed here for over a month and it was such a spacious and comfortable place for the both of us. We both needed a separate space to work and were so pleasantly surprised at how spacious this was for Da Nang. It's close to all of the great restaurants so you can walk, take a grab, or a short scooter ride. The beach is only two blocks away so the entire area is very walkable. The staff here were immensely friendly and helpful anytime we needed anything at all. We LOVED being greeted by their resident pet Nau. I missed my dog being away from home for so long so this was an unexpected and sweet touch. It made being away from him more palatable. The housekeeping were on top of cleaning the unit every few days and it was perfect for us. Just enough that the place was kept spotless and just enough so we didn't feel it was intrusive. We loved our place here at Louis Mo and would highly recommend this spot if you're considering visiting Da Nang! Thank you so much Nhat!

Excellent view, great service and very good value for money

Rain is very nice person and very accommidative. We enjoyed our stay at Rain place.

The shower temperature was a bit difficult to adjust, likely due to the slightly low water pressure, but aside from that, it was an absolutely wonderful stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to my friends!

왜 평점이 5점이었는지 알 수 있었습니다. 처음에 여러 문제로 숙소가 변경되어 불안했지만, 숙소도 너무 깔끔하고 직원분도 너무 친절하고 조식도 훌륭하고 바베큐도 너무 좋았습니다. 흠잡을데 없는 숙소였습니다. 부모님과 아이들과 함께하는 여행이었는데 모두 만족했습니다. 최고입니다!

사진 그대로 깔끔하고 정돈된 숙소였어요. 프라이빗 풀빌라라 조용하게 오롯이 쉴 수 있었고, 수영장도 넓고 물이 깨끗해서 아침부터 밤까지 마음껏 즐겼습니다. 특히 밤에 조명 켜진 수영장은 분위기가 정말 좋았어요. 내부도 아늑하고 침구나 어메니티까지 꼼꼼하게 준비되어 있어서 별도로 챙길 게 없을 정도였어요. 위치도 적당히 한적하면서 필요한 곳들과는 가까워 불편함 없었습니다. 푹 쉬다 갑니다. 다음에 또 오고 싶은 곳이에요!

The location is very good, but it’s not a luxury apartment building. There’s a picture of a luxury apartment building, but this is the one it’s the one behind it. The toilet smelled a bit like sewage in the apartment sometimes. I like the fact that they were toiletries and slippers. The kitchen was also very well equipped.

The apartment is conveniently located, close to the sea and restaurants. A bit noisy bars and karaoke around, but after 23 everything is quiet.

We really loved this place to stay. Linh always responded right away and did everything she could to help. We stayed for a month and love the space and layout of the apartment as well as the short walk to the beach. There is inexpensive local food everywhere as well as nice restaurants. Convenient stores on every corner. The beach is stunning with a ton of space to enjoy the ocean or walk the sidewalks even when it’s busy with people. It’s particularly beautiful at night with all of the lights. The only problem we had was an ongoing construction project that was going on in the apartment above us from the time we came to the time we left. Constant drilling, sawing, and hammering. I believe this problem would not affect future guests but you may want to be aware that the walls aren’t very sound proof. Overall, we were happy with everything else and it was an affordable place to stay on the beach!

Amazing experience, great location, right on the beach, and an amazing Host! Tung always replies very quickly and answered all of our questions instantly. There was a short power outage and Tung sent a mechanic within 5 minutes to solve it for us. Thank you Tung for the wonderful experience, we would love to stay with you again in the future.

The apartment has great location and view. The host was very nice. But the area is very noizy. Some guy is selling banh bao on the street at night and early in the morning. There also was smell in one of the bathrooms so we mostly used another one. Also some ants on the kitchen. These are problems of the building, not the apartment, but I recommend the host to do something about it.
