This was the most memorable Airbnb I’ve stayed at in Hanoi! I’ve tried many places, but the host here was by far the best — so kind, helpful, and attentive. The location was perfect, right above a mall and close to everything I needed. Even if the place wasn’t perfect, the amazing host and convenience made it a fantastic stay. I’ll definitely be back!

I was truly happy to have found this place. It’s clean, and the host is proactive and thoughtful. You can tell they genuinely care about the apartment as everything was well-prepared. The kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked with amenities, including things like toothbrushes and combs, which you usually only find in hotels. I would absolutely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to friends.

the place was a great accommodation, definitely a hidden gem stay that more people should discover!!! everything was new and extremely clean as well. the host was very helpful and quick to assist whenever we had questions! location is also near many local favorites. would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay here during our time in Hanoi. The host Van was extremely friendly and helpful, helping us carry our luggage during both check-in and check-out, and doing laundry for us free of charge as well. She really went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The apartment is very clean, spacious, and affordable, in a quiet and interesting neighborhood away from the crowds where one can live just like a local. It is about 15 minutes from the old quarter via Grab, but within walking distance of many good restaurants as well as a Lotte shopping mall. Definitely recommended, and hope to stay here again next time in Hanoi.

The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable, a beautiful view from 29th floor. The complex has facilities such as swimming pool and children playground. The location is perfect and super convenient for shopping, dining and relaxing. The host was very friendly and helpful, rapid response to any needs. Thanks Sim. We had a great stay and will be back. I travel a lot for work in Vietnam, but this place is perfect for Korean tastes. However, you can hear the sound of cars on the road, so I think those who are sensitive will be bothered.

Stayed in Rose room for 1 month in August/September 2024. Last room at the end of the hallway, very quiet. Room was as advertised. Very clean, no unpleasant surprise. Security guards 24/7 provide a total peace of mind. Trang was always very responsive to any questions. Being close to a busy street (Đào Tận) the area offers so many different and delicious places to eat at, from restaurants to street food. It is also a walking distance to Lotte center and Vincom Center Metropolis, adjacent to Japan town if this is your thing. It's about 15min away from Hồ Hoàn Kiếm by Grab or 1-hr+ walk. Perfect to be away from the tourist area and have a Hanoian experience. I will definitely come back at my next opportunity.

Loved the style of this place—modern but warm. Everything was super clean and tidy. I liked the smart use of space, and the kitchen was stocked well. The street is quiet, but you’re just minutes away from all the action. Great place for a short or long stay.

Landlord is a super kind and friendly person. Unit is new, clean and very beautiful view to westlake and near to lotte mall.

Toan was extremely responsive, polite and helpful for all the duration of our stay, which was 2 weeks. The place is located in a very nice and lively quarter of Hanoi, with plenty of excellent restaurants and bars around.

Very helpful and responsive host, I booked at late notice and she was able to help me get into the flat after 9pm. She was so friendly and even moved me to another room because it had a bigger tv! Nice room, clean, comfy bed. My only issue is the bathroom had a sewer smell, but unfortunately this is quite common in Vietnam. I’d stay here again.

This place is amazing! The room is spacious, cozy, exactly like the photos, fast wifi, with giant TV to watch movies and gives everything what I need during my stay. It has big balcony to see the street. Located in fifth floor above a spa. The unit is super private and with elevator! At first it feels weird to take the elevator through the spa to go to the room, but then it’s all okay. Location is also great, right in the old quarter, with many good restaurants and coffee shops next door. Most importantly, the host is super helpful, proactive and pretty flexible with check in/out. Definitely will come back to this place!

Kim was an excellent host! Kim ensured that we had a very pleasant stay by making sure the property was well maintained! Any one who stays there would realise that Kim had spent numerous hours on planning and maintaining such a beautiful place. The house had every sort of amenities including washing machine , cloth steamer , cooking range and many more! Kudos to Kim and her property! 10/10 would recommend this property!

The place was comfortable and in a fantastic location. The host typically responded to messages quickly, and it was easy to extend our stay for additional nights. However, there were a few issues. The security for the apartment building had recently been upgraded to face ID and that required someone to let us in every time we returned to the apartment. Sometimes a receptionist or security guard would let us in but other times they refused. When that happened, we had to call someone working with the host to come down and manually open the door for us and at times we had to wait ten or more minutes, which was quite inconvenient. The water dispenser provided with the place had what appeared to be mold growing on the opening, so we had to get our own bottled water instead. The sink and shower in the bathroom also didn't drain quickly. Otherwise, we had a nice stay.

Great place to stay, plenty of room. Host was extremely helpful. Would stay again.

The place itself was spotless, well-maintained, and clearly cared for with attention to detail. What really stood out was the level of service—everything was thoughtfully prepared, and communication with the host was smooth and professional. It truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

This place is incredible. It looks the same with the photos posted. The place is also accessible to restaurants and shops. The only thing I’m concerned is there’s no exhaust in the water closet. But all in all, I recommend this place.

Great location, close to train street and a lot of shops. The street was relatively quiet with one big restaurant at the end of the street which was very convenient on our first night. Room was modern and clean. The Airbnb Host also organised an airport pick-up for us that was seamless. The accommodation also had a 24/7 concierge which was very helpful. 10/10 would stay there again.
