Holiday rentals with a patio in Ngaparou

Beautiful, beachfront properties that are a great value for the money are hard to come by. This location definitely exceeded expectations. The breathtaking water view exceeded expectations and communication with the hosts was exceptional. Highly recommend!

Great location , close to the beach. The place is clean, even nicer than the pictures. Romain is extremely responsive! The caretaker Denis is available, discreet and very well maintained the pool. We had a great time. We'll be back. Go without so much as a second thought!

The stay in the riad went very well. The place is continuously guarded by one person. The apartment is clean, simple but well decorated. In terms of sound insulation, you can hear what's going on around (a neighbor who coughs at night, a car passing by, visitors who talk...) The pool is clean but does not seem to have a filtration system. We have the option to relax on the sunbeds and buy a cold drink at the bar. The riad is located 15 minutes by car from the center so you have the possibility to get there by taxi for a sum between 1000f - 2000f maximum.

A quality stay. Cindy the owner is very responsive and accommodating, and Bernadette , the one who welcomed me was also present throughout my stay no matter what time I contacted her. A big thank you to you , I also extended my stay by 3 more nights as it feels like home. The location is ideal, there is the beach 2 steps away (not to mention the magnificent view of the pool from the balcony and the bedroom) , small shops all over the street , finally super affordable restaurants

We had a great time! The place perfectly matches the photos, and the host was very responsive and available whenever we had a question. It even allowed us to stay until 3pm which was very appreciated. I recommend it without hesitating!

We spent a beautiful time at this lovely house, so great for families and kids with its big kitchen, pool, and lots of space. Very responsive host and helpful staff, gorgeous location between Somone and Ngaparou about 10 minutes walking from a fantastic beach. Can’t wait to go back!

François, the guardian, always exceeded my expectations, was kind, and went to great lengths to make my stay comfortable. I will always come back here, to this beautiful quiet oasis. The villa is worth a visit. We had a pleasant stay there. A big thank you to Jeanne for her warm welcome. We'll be there again.

Very attractive location. “Neighborhood” within walking distance for all amenities. Secure with all the caretakers around. We feel safe! A very professional housekeeper is on site and available anytime. We were hosted very well by the latter. Large family house that could accommodate 8 people. 1 bedroom with a king-size bed and the others are 160/200. 3 spacious showers. Regularly cleaned pool by a professional Cleaning done 2/week. Possible to do laundry with the washing machine or by hand (stretcher in the sun...) The housekeeper can also be reached if you need extra. Gas kitchen, electricity to be charged yourself via the box provided for this purpose, (this is better than the meter reading because it allows you to track consumption in real time). Too bad because no generator if general outage...

Pleasant stay in Falia's home, well located close to the Renaissance monument. However, there was no hot water during our stay and the environment was noisy as a lot of construction in the area. Falia is a very responsive and accommodating host, I recommend her apartment.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an absolutely pleasant stay at Marietou's! The apartment was impeccably clean, spacious, bathed in light and tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped, perfect for preparing meals. Everything was designed to make the experience enjoyable. The location is perfect, close to shops and restaurants. I will come back without hesitation the next time I visit Dakar. Thank you, Marietou and Babacar for this perfect welcome!

Nice apartment but not much natural light as it's north facing on the ground floor surrounded by low rise apartment blocks. But very convenient location to explore Almadies area for restaurants or Île Ngor, museums and galleries in Ngor. The beach on the island is much better than the ones along the coast. There is also Cop21 bar and restaurant for live music that is not so far away that we walked to. And there is local market and corner several corner shops close by.

We had a great stay at Babacar’s, the apartment is a lot bigger and person. The balcony is beautiful after a long day and offers plenty of privacy. Highly recommended.

Such a great stay for my birthday! Was able to meet up with my friend and go shopping. The location was nice because it was close to the Sea Plaza mall and getting to the beach was easy.

Wow pleasantly surprised to exceed my expectations, to add to that Elhadji Falou is love, hyper-intentioned, constantly concerned about our hyper-responsive comfort, offers more than what we pay the adjective qualifying I miss to describe everything especially the value for money is much more than satisfactory highly recommend.
