Hi and thanks for checking out our little piece of Hamilton gully paradise. Right on the edge of Ranfurly gully, our little apartment is close to everything, offering privacy, peace & a little luxury. Down a long drive, at the end of a cul de sac, you’ll be woken by native bird song, not traffic noise. Hamilton is fortunate to possess a handful of gullies (small valleys carved out by streams) where native birds thrive & bush quietly regenerates. These hidden gems are the green lungs of the city.

This Is A Country Stay Flat , Which Means No Shops Within at least 15-20 minutes So you Need To Bring Food , Water.... Rain Water from the roof is all we have, And can have odd taste at times. We Do Not Supply Food. We Do Have , Tea,Coffee,Sugar,Milk For your cuppa. Google Limeworks Loop Road, Which Is Where We Are Located. We Are 15 minutes From Pirongia, 20-25 minutes From Te Awamutu. 30-40 minutes from Raglan 30-40 from Hamilton.
A warm, spacious and private retreat set on 60 acres 2 minutes from Pirongia village. Fully self contained with large lounge, dining and kitchen area and your own bathroom and toilet. Fantastic playground and playhouse for the kids, jumps track for the adrenaline junky, basic home gym and pets to feed and pat. The Black Barn is set amongst an open ground nursery and farmland. If you like plants and space, you will love this place!
