Turn right to the start of Gower Coast Path, from where you can get a "keek" of the Mixon buoy, the outer mark of the Mixon sands. Turn left to Mumbles, 17 min stroll to the heart of the village. The Shack - a renovated hundred year old chalet on a quiet lane close to Mumbles cricket club, 100 m away from the cliff top path that goes from Limeslade beach to Langland Bay. It is a lovely, beachy, quirky, coastal space that is perfect on the inside and work-in-progress on the outside!! A great base for Mumbles and The Gower. Beautiful Seaside Retreat! Gower (sleeps 15+)

The very first entry at the top of The New York Times list of 52 places to Love in 2021, is little old Mumbles. My place is great value, spacious and well equipped - perfect for families and groups. This listing is for the entire seven bedroom property with gorgeous sea-facing balcony. The beach is at the bottom of the road (150m away) and we are on the edge of the Gower Peninsula (AONB). Mumbles Village with seaside restaurants and family-friendly activities is just 10-mins walk.

Langland View is a delightful cottage 50 meters from Langland Bay Golf Club, 150 meters from Langland Bay, the Langland Brasserie, the municipal tennis courts and the coastal paths. You have exclusive use of this spacious property and outdoor terrace with fabulous sea and golf course views. Mumbles village is a brisk 20 minutes walk. The house is family-friendly, dog friendly and great for friends to get together, but please no loud parties.
