Our coffee bar is has a Cuisinart coffee maker duo for 12-cup carafe or single k-cup. Our guests are welcome to enjoy all the different types of coffees and teas our bar provides.

There is also a queen memory foam sleeper sofa, a trundle in the flex room that makes a king, and an air mattress. The lake house is centrally located as it is only 12 mins to downtown Enterprise and 23 minutes to Ft. Novosel. No house parties. No uncleared guests. Fishing is allowed but no swimming.

This treasure is a stand alone art studio with a loft surrounded by beautiful lawn and gardens. The Studio is 45 feet (read close) to the house. There are agricultural fields on three sides. The artist, Beverly Mayfield, is now deceased, but has filled the studio with masterful paintings.
