Beach condo holiday rentals in Newport

Mark was a great host. The cozy cottage was next to the ocean and there's a beach in walking distance. The cottage itself had the rustic charm I remember from the trips we made to the coast when I was a kid in the seventies.

Kelly’s place was the perfect location for our weekend in Newport. Street parking was easy to find. The home is very comfortable and Kelly left us some nice treats and cold drinks I the refrigerator. Restaurants and shops are walking distance and a very nice bakery was just a block away for morning coffee and pastries. We highly recommend Kelly’s place!

Had a very pleasant short stay here visiting relatives for Easter. Would stay again and recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is absolutely amazing - walkable to everything (beach, shops, restaurants) but tucked away on a quieter street. The place had high ceilings and was more spacious than we had anticipated. Beautiful newly renovated bathroom. George was a great host, easy to communicate with and quick to resolve any problems we had! I would definitely recommend staying here.

We will absolutely stay again. Andrew was very responsive and easy to book with. The resort had everything you could want and was walkable to town. All staff members were very helpful and friendly throughout the weekend.

Place was larger than expected and it's a great location with lots to do close by!

My friends and I had a great time staying here! It is in a safe neighborhood and is very walkable to some cool restaurants close by and is 15-20 minutes to get into the downtown area. The condo was very clean and comfortable.

We had a lovely stay at Charles’ place. The kitchen was well equipped, beds cozy and the hot tub so much fun. Charles’ place provided the perfect home away from home for my family. I loved being back in Bristol!! The house is centrally located to town which I also loved.

This apartment was fantastic. All new, very comfortable, and super clean. Perfect spot for my weekend visit to Brown/RISD with family. Great location on Benefit St, right next to the new Brown Bee Coffee shop, which is excellent. Firas was a super responsive and friendly host. I hope to stay there again on a future visit.

Wonderful place! Very attractive, super clean, very easy to get into, walk everywhere. The kitchen is so well stocked, coffee, spices all the things needed. Comfortable communal area and beds. It was really nice for 2 couples having 2BR and 2full BR upstairs. We hope to be back.Thank you Shannon for a great stay!

Ideal location! Walking distance to everything downtown Newport. The space was large and very comfortable, perfect for a group of 5 of us. The parking spaces are very tight (in an underground lot) but great to have 3 spaces right downtown. My only request would be for extra towels/blankets (in the kitchen for example) as there were no dish towels or throw blankets for the couch. Overall the space was perfect and I would definitely recommend!

Charming place with all the little added touches. Felt right at home, close to everything, and the Free Trolley (in season). Our trip was in the offseason, would absolutely stay here when we come back when in season. Though it was offseason there was still plenty to do. Most places were still open (even on Mon and Tue during offseason). Kat was a great host proactive and responsive.

This location was great! The wedding we attended was right down by the wharf, so it made our planning much easier by not relying on Ubers or Lyfts!

This was such a great location! Walkable to all of the downtown restaurants, bars and wharf. The space was more than enough for my getaway weekend with a few friends. Paul was helpful and extremely responsive with any questions we had. Would definitely choose this location again!

Our third time staying at this location and we were thrilled with the beautiful updates/renovations both on the roof deck and common corridor carpet.

Perfect location. Right where you want to be in downtown Newport. Room was very clean and comfortable. Spacious living room. We really enjoyed it .
