The Urban Tea House was an active apothecary and metaphysical shop for a quarter of century. In 2024 7th St. Gifts graduated to wholesale & expanded our hospitality business. Semi-Accessible first floor of a historic house in Newport Business District with one bathroom and full kitchen, free parking, room for up to 3 in a safe, walkable neighborhood. Guests will enjoy soaps, teas, coffee, candles, and jellies that property owner has made herself and sold in the local market for over 25 years.

Relax in the exclusive-use, semi private hot tub under the stars, then sink into the plush king bed. Guests rave about the unique bathroom. A great home base for exploring local attractions like the Newport Aquarium or The Ark.

Free street parking is available in front but fills up quickly after 4 PM and weekends due to the nearby entertainment district. No residential-only restrictions on surrounding streets. Alternatively, use the pay lot at 7th/Main or the covered garage under Riverhaus at 5th/Main. *Note: Towing is enforced in paid lots for unpaid vehicles.*
