The Art Studio at Turtle Hill is located in Dayton, Ky, 2.2 miles from downtown Cincinnati. The studio is situated on 5 acres overlooking the Ohio River. The main house has a heated enclosed pool that is available to guests, a fire pit and pond. The studio has a full laundry, full kitchen and 4 off-street parking spots. The main bedroom (one queen) is on the first floor and the second bedroom (2 twins) is a loft. No cleaning fee. The studio is not suitable for children under 12. No pets please.

Just about 10 minutes from Dwtn Cincinnati, it’s perfectly situated near top spots like Newport Aquarium, the Zoo, Findlay Market, Great American Ball Park and more. Recently renovated, it’s designed for comfort and stocked with all essentials. Great shopping and dining are nearby, and there’s ample parking in back. Centrally located, we are blocks away from The Wedding District, Madison Theater/Live, Braxton Brewery, 10 minute walk to Mainstrasse Village and 1 mile walk to Cincinnati's river front and stadiums. The Creation Museum is a 20 minute drive. I highly encourage a walk across the historic Roebling Bridge, the predecessor to the Brooklyn Bridge in New York.

Bellevue offers the simple pleasures of a small town (shops, restaurants, both beer and bourbon brewery) with the convenience of Cincinnati in walking distance: 2 miles to Great American Ball Park, a bit more to PayCor and TQL Stadiums, Cincy concert and OTR. 1 mile to Newport Levee, Aquarium and the new concert venue. Six miles to Riverbend. And there's a backyard city view.
