This was such a lovely stay! Great for a big family or group of friends!

Melissa‘s place is wonderful! Melissa is also very responsive to all of our questions. The studio is very homey and welcoming. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook and is new and modern. It is easy to find what we need and everything is at our fingertips. The unit is spotless and well-cared for. The bathroom is also newly renovated. We were very happy with the accommodations as they are extremely convenient to Ithaca College. We plan to stay at Melissa‘s place again!

Sarah was a wonderful and communicative host! Parking and check-in was so easy which was wonderful because we arrived in a snow storm. We had everything we needed, even when my son thought he lost his toothbrush, it was no biggie because Sarah had some. The main bed was very comfortable and it was great to have a microwave and refrigerator even though there isn't an actual kitchen. We were very happy with our quick stay to tour the local colleges, the location was sooo convenient!

My husband and 2 year old stayed at Ellen’s barn for the weekend. The space was very big, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location is excellent for exploring the area, we didn’t spend much time in the barn as we spent much of our day exploring. Would highly recommend Ellen’s place!

This house was the perfect place for our family get together. We were able to use both dwelling and socially isolate while indoors. The grounds are extensive and nicely cared for. There were plenty of gathering spots outdoors where family could gather comfortably while maintaining distance. These are cray times, but this property was well suited for our family needs. The garden is gorgeous and there was plenty of room to spread out for a softball game or badminton, but intimate enough to find a nice corner to read or just relax. The location was very good as well. It was a short distance to the walkway over the Hudson (30 min) and to Lake Minnewaska State Park (40 min). This was our first trip to Hudson Valley but will not be our last.

The home was clean, spacious, and comfortable and Rosemary was a friendly and welcoming host. Highly recommend.

Leo and Michelle were very responsive with any questions we had, and even reached out to offer us an early check in. The location was close enough to our places of interest, while still being slightly rural. The place looked just like the pictures and we felt right at home. We will stay there again when we return!

We had a lovely time at Blythe's place. The house was clean, cozy and so close to Bellayre mountain, which was perfect for our ski trip. Would definitely stay there again!

Best value! Very nicely uniquely decorated lovely house with many interesting antique Ray collected . Clean and comfortable. Host Ray is the nicely host I ever had. Not only he got up very early to prepare delicious breakfast for my family when I had to leave the place early to catch a skiing lesson at Okemo, he also prepared the pit fire for us after he saw my daughter trying to pick up items for s'more making when we ran into each other coincidentally at the nearby grocery store. I will highly recommend Ray's unit for anyone who visit the area. Thanks Ray for your top notch hospitality!!

This stay turned out to be the highlight of our vacation which started in Vermont. We booked a night with Jerry to get some rest on the way home. The location was minutes away from Lake Ontario and a very nice little town. The house and our room were spotless and decorated with the most charming furniture. Jerry met us with a huge smile and open arms. I can't say I have met a more friendly person. Breakfast was over the top. The surrounding neighborhood was filled with lighthouses and stunning walks along the water. This is a place where we will visit for vacation next time. The restaurants, apple orchards and parks were outstanding. What an amazing find. Thank you for the opportunity to find a new location to vacation at.

lovely stay with Susan . Her spot affords beautiful views of sunrise and sunset. Friendly group of people at the house and she made me a delicious breakfast on my way out. The room was all very comfortable.

We felt completely at home and welcomed. We loved being surrounded by Tina’s art and her vast collection of art books was a joy- even though our visit was short and I only got to dive into a couple of them. The space was pristine (not an easy feat in an old house). It was warm and toasty and the bed was perfection, even to this person’s occasionally demanding back. Architecturally the row of houses on her street was interesting to me from a historical perspective. These are small, attached pre civil war Italianate buildings, simple with intact details. They were originally built as apartments for clay mining workers. I look forward to coming back and spending a bit more time at Tina’s!

Chalet Whiteface was exactly what my boys and I were looking for to facilitate a weekend of hiking in ADK. Allison is an excellent host: very accommodating, focused on making sure that we were comfortable, and always up for a chat. Her place has a cozy feel to it, beds were clean and comfortable, and satisfying breakfasts were served in a comfy lodge common area. The food, drink, and live music (Saturday) at the pub provided the perfect end to a long day of beautiful fall hiking. This is the place to go if you're looking to be hosted by another human being, not a corporation. Stayed here last fall, will be returning next fall.

Booked a little solo getaway for my birthday and I'm so happy I ended up staying with Renee. She's awesome, easy to talk to, and recommended some nice spots. Will definitely be returning to do another puzzle, and for her bagels. The homemade bagels were fire, makes you question ever buying bagels from the store again. She is exactly the kind of person who should be in charge of a bed and breakfast, food and home filled with love and passion (and pepper). 11/10

A beautiful farm on a high, open ridge a few miles north of Bainbridge. Renee has created a warm and welcoming space in the two upstairs bedrooms. When I arrived, I was welcomed by Renee's sister Maryanne, a beekeeper with all kinds of fascinating observations about the land they live on.

We enjoyed our stay in Priscillas home. it was well equipped with what we needed, quiet and comfortable. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. We will be sure to return!

This house is truly as magnificent as the pictures. Gorgeous architecture, beautifully decorated with so many unique details. Somehow the design struck a perfect balance of elegance and comfort. Squeaky clean and well stocked, it was perfect for our family vacation. We took a few scenic walks and enjoyed the short, beautiful drive to Niagara falls. Thanks for a fantastic stay!!!

We enjoyed an absolutely delightful stay! The Beekman House is a peaceful & comfortable stay - we felt right at home. The grounds are beautiful and the home is stunningly appointed, squeaky clean & fresh. We are especially appreciative of the delicious & plentiful breakfast offered each morning. This property and its location in the Hamptons is perfect. And Monika goes long past the extra mile to make you feel properly “hosted”. Beyond that, the AirBnB review character limit prevents me from doing justice to how truly extraordinary Monika is as a host or how equally wonderful the property is to experience. Sufficed to say, this was the best AirBnB experience we have ever had anywhere, period, full stop. We will absolutely be back.

We stayed in a room at 16 Elm for our anniversary. The room and house were exactly as described - beautiful, clean, and quiet. The location was great, perfect for walking to get a cup of coffee in the morning. It was convenient to the wineries, Taughannock Falls, and Ithaca. We took advantage of many of Jes' suggestions for things to do and places to eat. We would definitely come back here and highly recommend 16 Elm to anyone looking for a romantic retreat in the beautiful Finger Lakes!

Catalpa House is exactly what you want in a small town retreat; comfortable bedding, well chosen amenities, superb breakfast, accommodating but not intrusive hosts, lovely common areas with local literature and current periodicals. It doesn't get better.

Yes it was well worth the money and time it took to get there. Andrea was a Fabulous Host and very accommodating. Her Kitchen was in the process of being renovated. So there was some disarray. But the space I stayed in was very organized, quaint and comfortable. We really connected and truly I didn't want to leave! Thanks Andrea!

We throughly enjoyed our 4 days. We felt invited, valued, and heard. We were so interested in the decor. Our eyes darted from collectable to architectural designs. We stayed in the Carriage House which was spotlessly clean, large and inviting. Coffee and breakfast were the best. We loved meeting the other guests daily, great conversation was had by all. Most of all, we felt welcome as guests and if our travels take us to Ithaca again, we will certainly stay with Madeline and Kenn again!
