Holiday rentals with a fireplace in New Port Richey

This home was very clean. There were so many small touches such as Keurig pods for the machine, a welcome basket, and even floaties for the pool located in the garage. We were provided very clear instructions and the host was proactive and also responsive with any questions. The fridge even had the ability to play videos on YouTube. It’s an upgraded home and the decor puts you in the mindset of a beach vacation. The neighborhood is quiet and the home is peaceful. We will definitely be staying here again it is available when we come back to visit. There are multiple grocery stores within a 10 min drive. We spent most of our time in the outdoor screened in patio area and pool. I’m sure there are things I’m forgetting but it was worth the price and we would recommend to anyone who asked.

Our 8 night stay at Carrie’s charming little place was exactly what we needed for our visit to family in Florida. It was the perfect size for my wife and I and everyday we looked to the privacy and comfort of our little home away from home after the day’s adventures. The price was excellent and Carrie was quick to respond to any questions or needs that we had. We would definitely stay here again when we get a chance to return. Thanks for everything Carrie!

Rafal place is exactly what an Air b&b should be. Clean fully stocked w/bathroom necessities also washer, dryer Pool area is perfect ,beach & pool toys in garage for guests to use. we rented this home because it was 4 houses from my cousin. It was myself & my husband so we didn't need a 3 bedroom home. I'm not sure if we were charged per person or by bedrooms. Everything was perfect. Raphael's place was a convenience booking for my husband and myself my family lives Four Doors Down Everything you would need from towels to pool toys to beach toys are available for all. It’s a very nice house to stay and enjoy the area. We were visiting family and knew the area well. I would recommend to change the check out time to at least 11:00 AM. 10:00 AM is too early and we had to hurry to get out. It’s inconvenient when you have children. Hotels and other AirB&B have it at 11:00 AM. For the rest, the house was clean and everything in its place. There are instructions posted everywhere around the house. To be honest, it was a bit much but we understand that some people might not follow rules. Overall is a very nice place and would recommend.

Absolutely beautiful home at a great price. It was even better than it looked in the pictures. We were completely stunned at the space inside and out as well as the decor. Location was so peaceful, and we loved sitting on the back porch and talking after a busy day. My friends laughed at me, but I was ecstatic to see the local cats and get a chance to put out food and water for them-the little white one with spots was a darling and so friendly. My only regret is that we were so busy the whole time that we didn't get to spend a ton of time in the house, but we've bookmarked it for the next time we need an Air BNB in the area.

This place is better than the pictures! The place was super clean. It looked like the inside had been newly renovated and it was beautiful. It was bigger than we thought. Having the kayaks was a big plus! We met a few neighbors while kayaking and they were super nice which added to our overall experience. The bed upstairs (the only one we used) was super comfy as were the pillows. We were in the area for my niece’s high school graduation and plan to stay here again for any future visits! Highly recommend this place. Also, Jennifer was an amazing host and was always quick to respond. We did not need much from her as everything was self explanatory thanks to the thoughtful notes! My fiancé and I along with our dogs had a great time staying at Elaine’s place! The house & views were beautiful. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable in Angela and Trevor's home. We spent most of our time relaxing in the sunroom and pool, which has a refreshing waterfall. We also appreciated how nice and quiet the neighborhood was.

I would like to start off by complimenting Erin for the way she keeps this unit, It was as described and very well kept. It took us longer to get from the airport baggage claim to the rental car terminal than for us to drive to our unit. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely be contacting Erin for future rentals.

Our reservation was accepted quickly, communications were fluid, proactive and responsive as needed. The pictures ARE the location. Quiet area. Beautiful surrounding resort. Located close to Clearwater and Honeymoon Island. Both worth visiting if you have time. If we ever come back to Tampa…this will s the first place we are looking for. P.S. Wife says thanks for the quality toilet paper.

A beautiful group of cottages tucked in off a slightly busy road. Easy access to the bike trail access point. Approx 2 mile drive to downtown. Definitely had all the essentials for a comfortable stay

The house was a little smaller than expected, but still had everything we were looking for. We had a slight problem with the lights in the bathroom during our second day, but Eric was quick to respond to our concerns and helped us resolve the issue. The hot tub was an amazing added feature which we utilized every night and the instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and concise and easy to understand. Overall we had an amazing experience and I would highly recommend any couple to stay in this Airbnb.

The homeowners were fantastic. They were responsive to all my text messages. Had an issue with the AC freezing up the first day. And they were out right away within an hour of he reached out to him to fix it. That was back up and going within an hour. I had a family emergency and I had to go back and they were very accommodating. I would recommend this house anymore and I will stay there again.

Cheryl’s place was perfect for our U of Tampa graduation celebration! We were within 2 miles of all our favorite spots, SOHO, Hyde Park, the River walk, Downtown, U of Tampa, and my daughter’s apt! Also, very easy access and jump on 275. Davis Islands is a cute spot on its own as well. Very walkable for exercise and/or into the cute little town with bars, restaurants and a coffee shop. Cheryl’s place is great for a group. There’s space to hang out in the family room, as well as outside at the pool! We loved our time at the house, as well as when we were out exploring! I would definitely recommend Cheryl’s place. It feels more like a home than a rental! Thank you again! We hope to return!!

Amazing lake house, loved it

We felt right at home at this place. From the minute we walked in the door, we felt at home. When my family comes to visit again, I will rent this place again.

Fantastic stay! The 3BR/3BA home was beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything we needed. Perfect location—just a short walk to the beach and all the restaurants and shops in downtown Clearwater Beach. We especially loved the rooftop seating area and firepit. The host was excellent and very responsive. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Kim’s place. Nice decor throughout. We felt comfortable and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in. Kim was always available if we needed to text her and she was very pleasant and helpful. Good location, close to restaurants and Highway. Condo had everything we needed for our stay. I definitely recommend Kim’s place.

My family and I had a great time at Nancy's place. my kids especially loved the large pool! There was more than enough room for our group.
