Villa holiday rentals in New Port Richey

If you want a quiet place outside of downtown but only 20mins away from the action then stay here. it was great, peaceful and CLEAN!! Lots of space, and beds were so comfortable I had a great time! Would stay again!

Such a beautiful place! We loved everything about it from the fun interior design to appliances. We made dinner one night and dishes, pots and pans were provided! Shower was nice after the beach all day, and the bed was very comfortable! It is very close to Saint Petersburg, beautiful beach and town. We also took a day trip to siesta key, which was not far from the Bnb! Overall 10/10 experience! The perfect place for a couples getaway 🩷

Laura’s place was beautiful and we had a lovely stay. We unfortunately did not have any pans, but Laura was very responsive and helpful and had brought over something for us to use and then ordered some off Amazon for us as well. The mattress in the master bedroom was a little too firm for us, but it didn’t hinder us or our sleep. Overall, everything was clean and amazing, Laura was very friendly and extremely responsive and we had a great time!

Everything as exactly as described. It was easily accessible, very clean and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and right at home from the minute we walked in. Sebastian was VERY responsive to any messages we left, like within minutes of posting. I would be more that happy to reserve this location in the future and highly recommend to anyone I know that will be travelling to Tampa. Thank you so much for making us feel like family and providing the "at home" environment.

The villa was just as listed and so well stocked with supplies for our stay. Ryan and Melissa were timely and helpful for the rare situations that we needed to contact them. What a beautiful and peaceful setting!

Zarko’s home was perfect for my daughter and I. It had all the amenities we needed including lots of coffee. The space was adorable and clean and the area was on a quiet neighborhood. Zarko was very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Extremely satisfied with the place, the environment is great, the place itself beautiful and very new/ renovated, patio was wonderful and the resort the place is in has so many amenities along with 24/7 guard at the gate you feel so secure, 10/10 recommend, if i ever come back I wont even have to look for a place to stay. GREAT HOST 10/10

We had such a pleasant stay at this beautifully remodeled beach villa in Madeira Beach. We were looking for a family friendly accommodation for celebrating our mother’s 70th birthday and we could not have found a more perfect set up. The villa offers several sleep spaces accommodating large families while still providing plenty of privacy. We had adults in the beds, young adults/ teens and kids on the sofa beds and everyone seemed content with their arrangements. The beautiful pool and outdoor common area is certainly the highlight of this villa, plus it’s literally a few steps from one of our favorite beaches (we are locals:). Madeira is great for families as there is a sand bar and its shallow waters for quite a stretch. Plus the sunsets are priceless!! When you return to the villa there’s an outdoor shower for rinsing off and lots of wonderful air conditioned spaces perfect for cooling off and afternoon naps. We hope to return here next year and will recommend to friends and family.

Amazing lake house, loved it

Vildana is a fabulous host. She allowed us to check in an hour early, and responds quickly to any questions or concerns. We had a great time at her place.

Great location within walking distance of downtown Dunedin and other areas, plus a short drive to Clearwater beach. The space was super cleanly and the property is very well kept. Would recommend this for anyone trying to book a larger space for a group or family trip to the area! Thank you Karina.

We had a wonderful stay at Isabella’s home! It was the perfect place for a family getaway. The house is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The beds were extremely comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep. The pool area was awesome — a great spot to relax and enjoy the Florida weather. Isabella was a fantastic host, very responsive and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The residence was clean and met our needs for the 9 family members that stayed (3 nights). The kitchen has plenty of counter space. The home was roomy enough for all, but some of the seating (blue chairs in photos) was not in the home. If you are traveling with elders, just note that 2 of the 3 bathrooms have smaller than standard doors. My mom’s walker would not fit through them. The beds are very comfortable. We would stay here again if coming to town.

The condo was comfortable and conveniently located within easy walking distance to beach, local restaurants and coffee shops. We enjoyed evenings watching the moon rise from the upper deck.

Absolutely loved staying here! Me and two other people came into town for a tennis tournament and found this Airbnb to stay at. The Airbnb was very clean and very comfortable, we all felt right at home staying here. I also loved how close this place was to the tournament site we were playing at. We will definitely stay here again!

This is a GEM of a house, you’re a minutes drive from the most gorgeous white sand beach AND on the waterfront with a pool. We saw dolphins a few times each day and so many cool birds. We loved the bathrooms and the kitchen, new and modern. Comfy beds—and I appreciate the high quality percale cotton bed linens and pillows. The house was spotless, stocked well if you wanted to cook a few things, and the backyard was just heaven. Keith was super responsive and helpful with anything and everything. We will absolutely be returning!

The house was perfect for our stay. The beds were very comfortable, linens and towels were soft and plentiful and there was tons space for everyone to relax. We spent most of our time hanging around the pool - which is exactly what you want when visiting Florida! The kitchen is very nice and although we didn’t cook there’s everything you would need to prepare meals. Communication with Sandra was great too!

My parents and I and our 3 dogs absolutely loved our stay here. We enjoyed the back yard and pool more than we enjoyed going to the beach! The house was extremely clean, and we loved the huuuuge TV in the living room. The kitchen is pretty bare bones as far as cooking and cleaning items, but that was a minor issue for us. My dad said he wanted to come back to this house at least 20 times haha. We'll be back!

My family and I had a great time at Nancy's place. my kids especially loved the large pool! There was more than enough room for our group.

The home was very nice. Alex is a great host. I def recommend.
