Holiday rentals with breakfast in New Mexico

Clean, comfortable home, nice for a family traveling with a small dog. Neighborhood felt safe. Easy to get in and out, and garage parking is available

We always stay at Debbie’s place when in Las Cruces. We are in Cruces several times a year for family visits. The house is comfy, nicely decorated and in a great neighborhood. There is plenty of room and privacy. We always use the back sun room to work and do business or the front porch during the nice weather. Love the huge garage with washer and dryer. Debbie is a wonderful host and very thoughtful. She makes sure to provide all the essentials for her guests. We will be back soon! Thank you once again Debbie for your wonderful home. The place was perfect. Location amazing and peaceful. Very close to downtown. Lots of extra little things in the home. Games, books, feminine products, first aid kit, hairdryer, curling iron, extra batteries for remotes, laundry soap, spices, hot chocolate, tea bags, coffee…the list goes on. The kitchen had all appliances, dishes, utensils, foil, dish soap, new sponges….that list goes on. The place was perfect and just what I was looking for. My parents are 89 and both have dementia and one kidney failure so I wanted a quiet place that wasn’t full of unnecessary Knick knacks and room to move around. Bathroom right across from bedrooms. My mom had a serious dementia episode and we left a day early. I informed Mikaila we left the morning before our last day. Not expecting anything but just to inform. She gave us a refund for that night. I never expected that but it was sweet for her to do so. I can’t wait to go back this summer and stay at her place again’. I hope it’s available.

This is a great walk to everything house! We walked to the plaza, rail yard, and canyon road daily. The beds are comfortable and the house has everything needed.

Our trip to New Mexico was to take my mother-in-law to visit her 50th state. This beautiful property felt like home and the kitchen was well furnished so we didn’t have to waste money buying condiments and spices. The farm fresh eggs every morning was a real treat and “the ladies” were friendly and loved attention! Wendy & Kevin were excellent hosts! They only seemed to appear as needed and very responsive. Thank you both for sharing your home with us! If we are ever in that area again, your home will be first on our list!

My husband and I love this place so this is our second time staying at Sandia Splendor. The only tiny thing that would help me, and other short people that are under 5' tall, would perhaps to have a small folding step stool so that we could reach the top shelves in the kitchen. Other than that, it was splendid, just like its name!

This is the first time I stayed at Luis' location. I enjoyed my stay very much. The house had everything I needed, was clean, and everything was in good repair. It was very comfortable and its location was perfect for me. I would happily stay there again on a future trip and recommend the location to others.

Four of us (two couples) stayed at Polly's place and it worked out great. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and one with two twins. The bedrooms are separated by a door only so if someone is really sensitive to sound, this could be a small problem, as sounds from one room could be heard in the other. However, it was not really a problem for our group. We enjoyed sitting around the dining room table and reading/watching TV in the very comfortable living room/sitting area. Th e house and yard are surprisingly private and spacious. It should be noted that parking is on the street and there are 4 or 5 steps down to the level where the entry patio is. The kitchen was very well equipped - more so than many airbnbs. And the water pressure was great! Thank you Polly!

Thank you! Staying at one of Jenn’s places is taking the guess work out of quality, comfort, and excellent accommodations. All listings provide excellent temperature control, great beds, and superior amenities. It’s worth every penny.

this place and host were fantastic. it was a much needed reprieve on our journey. the place was just as described and absolutely relaxing and adorable. would highly recommend and would stay again if in the area!

Everything was fine loved the place and even accommodated me to check my family in early while I was on break at work.

Jeff is a fabulous host!! The charming suite is a cute and cozy home away from home. Loved stargazing at night. I never turned the TV on, either enjoyed the stars or just listened to music. Perfect place to unplug. Jeff even invited me for an amazing, yummy, home cooked dinner as I left early in the mornings and was not available for breakfast.

Erin was a great host very attentive! The location was very close to Old Town, looks just like the photos!

Lovely stay in a quiet, private space close to Old Town, the Bosque (for daily walking and cycling), and numerous restaurants and coffee shops. Erin was so easy to communicate with, she was responsive when we had questions and respectful of our privacy. I highly recommend this comfortable space; it's large enough for 2 people - and more if it's a short stay. Parking is easy, but you can also leave your car behind as it's a pretty walkable area.

I had a wonderful experience I will cherish forever. Elizabeth and Felix and wonderful people and enjoyed getting to know them so much.

Ricky and her husband were amazing hosts! Amazing breakfasts! Great recommendations for restaraunts and things to do. Made us feel right at home. Gave us our space; but, was fun and social and great stories. We look forward to coming back soon!

Shirley's B and B is a wonderful spot in Farmington. A nice walk into town for dinner, a lovely home w sitting areas, comfortable room with plenty of space and comfort. I highly recommend it.

Complimentary breakfast was amazing, very friendly and helpful staff.

We had a great Spring break mini vacay with our school aged boys and our puppy. The house is clean and comfortable. The yard is so much fun and the deck and views are Amazing. Amanda was responsive and supportive even during a violent wind Storm and power outage. we look forward to a return visit!

Melanie is an amazing hostesses with such an awesome place!! They turned this house into a Stoners dream house!! The indica sweet was just our vibe and very comfy! Every room has its own theme and scent.. you can’t get enough of the amazing smells especially in the kitchen!! The homemade breakfast was amazing I could go back for the tortillas alone 😋 thank you Melanie for all the great recommendations, conversations over breakfast and for making my birthday trip worth it!! I will definitely be going back as soon as I can ❤️❤️❤️

Tamara's sanctuary was exactly that for us, as well as for the magnificent assortment of animals in her care. We came here after some wild adventures, and Tamara was so welcoming and helpful as we unwound and quickly turned around to travel home. This property is utterly unique, charming, comfortable, cozy, and clean. The breakfast was delicious, and the midnight snack on our arrival day was such a nice extra touch. Tamara was a fabulous host, helping us with a handful of unusual requests while simultaneously respecting our privacy. She and her animals were a delight!

I didn't actually stay at this Airbnb because I decided to drive straight through to my destination instead of stopping of the night. However, the host was fantastic about checking in regularly in anticipation of my arrival. They made sure they would be there even though I was slated to check around 8:30pm. Even though I informed them I would not be staying, I really appreciated the thoughtfulness and how proactive they were in making sure I could check in.
