House was very spacious and clean. Good location with walkable food locations. Would stay at again if ever in the Fort Wayne area

Awesome properties, excellent host!

Stayed here for a long family weekend. We all absolutely loved the space and how peaceful it was. Checking in and out was a breeze. The kids had plenty of space to play both inside and outside. Hosts were very responsible and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful farmhouse getaway.

Home was very nice, all bedrooms & beds were big enough to comfortably handle our 7 adults & 2 young kids. Dining & living rooms were great places for us to relax & be together. Home was very clean. Driveway handled our 3 cars fine but 4 would be too tight, especially if backing out onto Hobson Road, which can get busy at times.

What a wonderful and helpful host. She thought of everything and left us special touches for our Thanksgiving dinner. The home is beautiful, warm, and cozy. Absolutely loved it there

Jeremy was always responsive to our needs. Staying at his home was like having an island get away in the middle of a snow storm. I just moved. Jeremy's home had all the amenities we needed and/or wanted. It is a perfect place for family and maybe family members who might need a respite. It's a safe and friendly area. The patio door opens onto a green area with a picket fence surround. Also a nice sized patio for barbecuing. The area and home location is exceptional...Thank you Jeremy! Joy

We were able to meet some friends from Michigan and spend a weekend in Fort Wayne. Jeremy's place was in a great location, and our kids had a great time hanging out at the house. We would highly recommend Jeremy's place to anyone.

Awesome stay! Water pressure could use some work but I understand it may be out of their control. We were right in the center of everywhere we had to go!

This was our second time staying here, and we will absolutely be back. The hosts always make us feel right at home, and we LOVE all the thoughtful local touches and shout-outs. They go above and beyond to provide so many basic necessities, making sure their guests have everything they need. This will always be one of our favorite places to stay!

We've stayed at CK's please several times now. She's always been very responsive and accommodating. Property well situated on the north side of the city with good access to services and plenty of restaurants. We'll almost certainly be back again.

We came for a stay with extended family including children from baby-teen. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep and we loved being right on the canal and the hot tub. The game room was fun for all ages and we appreciated the items for baby. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed to cook. Thanks for a relaxing getaway!

What a find! We had a large group stay at Sherri's house for four nights. The house is large enough that we never felt cramped and had so much fun exploring and looking at all the beautiful antiques. It has the charm and coziness of an old house with modern amenities. We cooked every night and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything we ever could have needed. The beds were all incredibly comfortable. Sherri was an excellent host and was in touch before, during, and after our stay to be sure we understood any small quirks of the house and to be sure we didn't need anything else. The price was very affordable for the amount of people we had and was worth every penny for the experience we received. I can't recommend this property or Sherri enough!

Enjoyed the stay. Will definitely come back to this location if it’s available again. This place is on a main road so you will hear the traffic. There were fans in each room to off set that noise level which I thought was a great idea. The place was really nice.

We had such a wonderful stay! A few college friends got together for a long weekend getaway to antique shop in Nappanee and North Webster and this was the perfect spot. We all agreed we’ll need to come back when it’s warmer so we can enjoy the lake and kayak!

Nice place that was easy to get to and very comfortable. Enjoyed the amenities including the slot machine and inversion table. We were not prepared for the sheep farm nearby with the odors and early morning mowing. Overall enjoyed our stay!

I've been in air bnbs around the world and this is by far the best one I've stayed it. Can't wait to visit again!

This peaceful, private house was the perfect central location for me to meet up with old friends. The price was right and having two full bathrooms was a huge plus! It was built in the 60s and feels like it - very retro, yet meeting all our basic needs. The beds were comfortable, but I would not recommend the cots for an adult, as they are not supportive enough for grown-up bodies. There's nothing extravagant in this house, the fireplace is not for guest use, the carpet is pretty old, and the air is musty. But the couches are comfortable, there are plenty of new, clean towels and washcloths, and there is a Keurig with a variety of coffee pods and teas. It was warm and the windows open for fresh air, and my friends and I had a lovely time chatting in the living room for hours and hours. Thank you!

We loved our stay in this charming little home! It was comfy and perfect for us to relax at for a few days while we were in the area. Absolutely worth it and would recommend staying here! Rita was great. There was ice the day we came in and the day we left, and she was thoughtful to put salt down for us both days!

Nice place, cool old building right on the river. Bed was very comfortable and the place had everything we needed for an overnight stay. Friendly hosts. Would definitely come back when I pass through town again.
