Holiday rentals with a hot tub in New Haven County

I highly recommend staying at the Riverside Blues House. It is in a charming location and a really well thought out property to stay. Liza really put a lot of thought into making the home not only comfortable but also very welcoming. From the moment I walked in the door you can feel the love in every room. The house is extremely clean with plenty of extras that made my stay very enjoyable. Thank you Liza!

Came to New Haven for college reunion. Our party of 7 included young children and my mom. Plenty of room, nice neighborhood, pretty house and back yard. New remodel with large kitchen. Expect a lot of noise from the stairs if you have young children and not suitable for elderly due to no bedrooms on ground floor. There is only 1 tv in the home. No curtains to block out the morning sun. Might want to bring your own towels.

Shawn created a special place here. Love all the details, especially the skateboards and music room. The hot tub was lovely after a long day of driving, I soaked again in the morning. ColecoVision console in the game room was so nostalgic along with a great selection of other games. I really enjoyed the grounds. Even wandered down to the dam/waterfall. My mother in law, son and wife all had their own space to stretch out. I could easily spend more time here, it is not just a place to lay your head for the night.

Jarret was extremely helpful and friendly. The house was exactly what we needed. I will definitely come back and stay here next time I’m in town.

Jan's house was a great stay with plenty of room for six adults. We loved the game room and outdoor hot tub. Instructions for the hot tub were clear and easy to follow. We'd definitely stay again!

We had such a fantastic stay in Cutchogue! The house is stunning, spacious and perfect for a group looking to enjoy North Fork wine country or the surrounding areas. All weekend we kept saying we would love to come back someday!

Great stay! Very responsive hosts and very friendly with proactive communication. I would recommned staying at this location. It is a great escape and the pizza oven is awesome.

We had a wonderful time. The weather was perfect. The view of the water was everything and was accessible from nearly every room. The home was modern and easily accommodated our large group. Yet it was cozy and beautifully appointed with all the amenities you would ever want. It is ideal for children with every toy imaginable. There was a highchair and a pack and play for our toddler and child appropriate dishes. The kitchen was fully equipped and had 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers and 3 tables for dining. The beautiful pool and hot tub were in constant use. Mary is very thoughtful and assembled a ringed binder with important contacts and suggestions for dining, shopping and entertainment. Although there was no beach on the property there are nearby beaches. The towns of Guilford and (nearby) Madison are charming and well worth visiting. Mary was very accommodating and responded promptly to several inquiries.

Our family had a very enjoyable stay! The home and surroundings were beautiful, everything was extremely clean and organized, our host was wonderful! We absolutely loved the tea ceremony! It was very educational! We will definitely stay here again when we return to New Haven!

Dove Haven is truly a special spot that shows that someone (Patty) cares about it a lot. The house is very well stocked and we never lacked for anything. And the collection of available umbrellas was greatly appreciated (yes, a bit of rain). Spacious hot tub (accommodates 8, nicely) is well-located on adjacent deck with beautiful view of spectacular garden. Rare to find a place where each of the five bedrooms, (with en suite or nearby bathroom), would be a master bedroom in a typical Airbnb. The master bedroom lives up to the billing with a monstrous bathroom including an inviting tub and a private porch. Public tennis courts and public pickleball courts nearby (less than a mile down West Rock Ave) were a treat. As was brunch at Bella’s Cafe (highlighted in Patty’s online notebook). Just plain terrific from beginning to end.

We all loved our stay at Treetops! The pictures really cannot capture how beautifully unique this place is. The pool is lovely. The location is serene and private, yet close to many great restaurants and beaches. Dan was extremely friendly and accommodating. I recommend this place to anyone with eclectic taste looking for a peaceful getaway!
