Holiday rentals with a home theatre in New Haven County

Very comfortable and clean place. Just as described. We were very pleased and would stay there again should the need arise.

Great communication. Great space. very beautiful home and outdoors. perfect if you have kids. We used the playground and grill. Very flexible, easy to reach and very friendly.

One of the best things about this place is the excellent amenities and smooth communication with the host. From check-in to check-out, everything was thoughtfully prepared—from the detailed guidebook to the spotless, well-kept environment. It really showed care and consideration. The only potential downside is that the location is a bit away from the city center, so having a car is necessary. That might not be a real disadvantage, especially if you're looking to explore, but you will need to plan for transportation. I stayed here with my family of four, and we had a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

I liked my stay here. It was perfect for my week long business trip. It's a quiet, clean place at a convenient location. Also Julie is a great host - I had everything I needed for ease of my stay. She made sure I had choice of tea, coffee and all the condiments. Water in the refrigerator was an additional nice touch.

Polita was a great host - very friendly and kind. The airbnb had everything I needed for my trip and there was parking available in the driveway, which was very helpful!

Great place! Extremely spacious and exceptionally clean. Also very quiet. Free parking was a plus, with a huge fitness center. Communication was also excellent. I’ll definitely stay here again.

Barbara and her family are the nicest people! My long term stay was absolutely wonderful and she was always reaching out to check if we had enough supplies etc. The space was adorable and fully outfitted with everything we could need. I would recommend the space and Barbara as a host to anyone in a heartbeat! It could not have possibly been better.

John and Crystal were super hosts. They communicated thoroughly and responded quickly, were flexible, and above all made us feel right at home. The location is close to everything and very quiet. The accommodations were extremely comfortable, and even though there wasn't a full kitchen, the items they provided were more than enough for our stay. The off street parking was optimal and when it did snow during our visit someone was there first thing to shovel. We appreciated the flexibility of the hosts and extended our stay. John and Crystal made our travels super easy and stress free that I know we will request to stay again! Thank you!!

Great private space with all that you will need for a comfortable stay and great location to major roadways.

We stayed here the week before Easter, and it was a wonderful experience. I was traveling alone with five children, and the hosts were kind, patient, and very responsive from the start. The home was clean, cozy, and truly felt like a home away from home. Each child had their own room, and although there was only one projector in the living room with no TVs in the bedrooms, it brought the kids closer together. When the oven stopped working, the hosts quickly offered another property. Although the second home was nice, I felt uneasy after hearing a trap snap around 2–3 a.m. I reached out, received a quick response, and once the time was appropriate in the morning, they made it easy for us to move back to the original property. Their kindness and flexibility went above and beyond. I’m truly grateful for the experience and hope to stay with them again
