Holiday rentals with a fire pit in New Hanover County

We cannot say enough good things about this place. It was squeaky clean everything you needed and felt like home. Plenty of room and very quiet. Easy to get to the Beach and easy to get to downtown. We loved this place and would recommend plan to rent for our next girls trip.

Tony is an excellent host and great communicator. Beautiful home and neighborhood. Close to everything.

I feel fortunate every time I get to enjoy Timothy's Beach Adjacent home when I visit Wilmington. It's always well supplied, very comfortable, peaceful and thoughtfully designed! Cheers to Timothy: another very enjoyable stay and another job well done!

For us, this was a great stay, beginning to end. Michael was very responsive from the very beginning when I first reached out to him about his property. I grew up in Wilmington, but sadly our reason for being in town was for my dad’s funeral. The house is such a cute floor plan, very modern style. It has just enough furniture but without feeling cluttered. We didn’t use the loft area, but it is a really neat space. We had two large breed dogs with us and we had plenty of floor space for their beds and still be able to move around easily. The bed in the full bedroom sleeps really nicely. It’s on a quiet street, with more than plenty of space for multiple vehicles. Our dogs loved sniffing around in the fenced in part of the yard. It’s conveniently located to several major thoroughfares in mid-town Wilmington so getting around is easy. We also loved the PacMan game. Would absolutely stay again!

The house was great! We were in town for a quick beach trip and Riley Green Concert at Live Oak! The house worked well for our needs, it was the perfect location to be, it was a quick uber downtown and then a quick ride to the beach, which worked out fantastic! The outdoor space was so nice, unfortunately it rained quite a bit so we did not get to use it, we will definitely rent again in the future!

We had a great stay-Jeanine was a helpful and responsive host and her home is absolutely lovely. We were staying in town for UNCW student orientation and this home was a perfect location for our family of 5. It is close to the university, close to the beach, and also close to the downtown river district. The home is absolutely beautiful and very spacious. The pool is stunning and very well maintained. It is such a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The home is very spacious, comfortable, and serene in decor and furnishings. Lovely!

Such a great place to stay! Had an amazing time, private but also right next to everything. You can walk to the beach/restaurants. Instructions and check-in was a breeze. Definitely would recommend and will come back again!!

Excellent hidden gem within walking distance tp the ocran and all of Kure Beach's shops and eateries. Very cute decorsuper comfy beds!

This was the perfect romantic getaway for my wife’s birthday! We enjoyed everything about this beautiful, quaint location.

We had such a wonderful time at Mary Margaret's place! Being steps from the beach was incredibly convenient, making it so easy to enjoy the sun and sand whenever we wanted. We also really appreciated having a cool bar with great drink specials and live music just around the corner. The apartment itself has such a lovely bohemian beach feel, it's really well designed and so comfortable. We're definitely hoping to come back soon!

Cozy Cabin was perfect for our family. Very clean and nice place. We used the Get Away house as well that was available during our stay. It was the perfect set up. And the fenced in back yard was very nice. We will return in the future for a future stay.

Great location - walking distance to shops, restaurants, beach, but very peaceful. Great place - fenced in yard for the dog, well equipped kitchen, lots of space for people to hang out, comfortable beds. This is our second time staying and we hope to be be back.

The home was comfortable and very clean. The backyard was nothing short of the peaceful oasis pictured in the listing. Neighbors were always polite in passing, often waving as we passed. The location is perfect, close to everything you want to see but it felt so private when you pull in the driveway.

Hooker Haven was exactly what I was looking for. It is a serene, natural retreat that invites you to disconnect and decompress. Even the rainy days were lovely there on the water. I wanted a stay that felt cozy and welcoming- like I was staying at a family vacation cottage and that’s exactly what Erik’s place feels like. I enjoyed the bird watching (identification books and binoculars were provided ++) and my pup enjoyed trying to catch the little sand crabs in the yard and on the shore of the creek. Hooker Haven is an amazing place and I hope its rustic charm will continue to be preserved. There’s only one thing I might suggest… adding a speaker to the kitchen; all of my best dancing takes place in the kitchen while cooking! :)

Really loved Kim's place. She has a special touch and excellent taste. Beautiful back yard, lots of flowers. Will definitely stay at Kim's place again. It's a gem!!!
