We loved the airbnb and the location. We had some struggles with the Wi-fi but Kayce took care of the problem which was great because we had a lot of rain. We ended up only using 2 out of 3 bedrooms but if we need a 3 bedroom next visit we would definitely stay here again. Oh, and loved the big comfy couch!!

David and Kris were terrific hosts! They went out of their way to keep us informed of fun events happening around the island, which we greatly appreciated as it was our first time to BHI. The unit is just as pictured and beautifully renovated. Kitchen is expertly organized and has full array of cookware. The location is central on the island, making it a quick ride to the market, beach, club, etc. The surrounding live oaks and foliage are beautiful. I would definitely recommend! We will be back.

Great place minutes from Wrightsville Beach. Beautiful house. It was very quiet. I would recommend to anyone.

Rob's place is the perfect retreat for rest and relaxation! The view from the master bedroom's upstairs deck is wonderful. Leave the door open at night and be lulled to sleep with the calming sounds of waves. The sunrises are spectacular! The beach is not crowded and there is plenty of space for all your beach gear, tents, chairs, etc. Rob's Ocean Breeze (ocean front) townhouse is spacious with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The place is very clean and decorated in a coastal theme. He provides all the amenities you need to enjoy your beach getaway. The private beach access is literally steps away from the back deck. It's about 50 yards from the townhouse to the ocean. The Kure Beach Fishing Pier is just a 1/2 mile walk from Rob's place. Once you've arrived at the pier, you can browse through the pier's gift shop before heading out to the town of Kure Beach where you can eat at one of the town's local restaurants. The vibe at Kure Beach is fun and festive!

Second time renting Kathie’s place. The bathrooms have been updated which is definitely a plus! Everything was great. It’s a perfect spot for us- 3 adults and two kids under 10. The beach is super close. A quick drive gets you to the boardwalk. The garage has tons of beach gear. We are fans and have definitely made this our spot- and it’s a great deal. Kathie is a very responsive host! Her directions are clear and she’s friendly and proactive. A couple items to note- there’s no grill, and you might need to bring in some items like salt and oil if you plan to cook. (We had fun experimenting with spices other folks left behind). The master bedroom bed is pretty tall- so if you’re 5’1 like me, be prepared to vault up. But the bed and bedding are very cozy! None of these things should be deal breakers bc you can’t beat the location and view. We had a great time!

This is the 2nd consecutive year we’ve stayed here for our annual girls trip! We usually go to a different beach each year but we came back to Kure because we liked this house so much. I really can’t say enough good things about it. Super convenient to the beach so our group can come and go as they please. It’s very comfortable, clean, spacious and we feel very safe here. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance but this year we drove 10 minutes to Carolina Beach which was also very easy and convenient. Michelle is very communicative and responsive. Couldn’t ask for a better host!

easy beach access. had a little problem that was addressed right away. Our experience was very nice. would stay there again without hesitation. all 3 couples commented on how comfortable the beds were.

Robyn’s place was everything we asked for and needed for our yearly family vacation to Kure beach. The place was very clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Being steps away from the ocean made this stay so special. The balcony upstairs was a wonderful bonus for early morning coffee and watching sunsets. We loved staying at Kate’s home! Will definitely stay again next time we are in Carolina Beach. Beautiful, clean, and walkable to the beach. Kate was also very responsive during our stay!

Great find! Lori was so helpful, friendly, and the house was amazing!! Ocean view from 3rd floor balcony. Game room was a huge hit with kids! Everyone had their own space, and felt right at home! Thank you for the memories!!

Our time at this Airbnb was overwhelmingly positive, and we found it to be a genuinely helpful base for our beach trip. The convenience factor was truly a highlight. Having a laundry basket available was a small but impactful detail, and the washer and dryer were remarkably modern and efficient, making it easy to refresh our clothes after sandy days. The property's short distance to the public beach access. Moreover, the cleanliness of the space was exceptional, and very comfortable environment. The only minor aspect that wasn't ideal was the lack of closet access in the owner's room, which made hanging up longer dresses a bit challenging. This property stands out for its responsive host, its cleanliness, and its great location.

Anna’s home was just as described in the listing- homey, comfortable, clean, close to local restaurants and not far from the beach. We had a great girls weekend and appreciate Anna’s hospitality!

This is our second time staying at Kathy’s place , we absolutely love it ! The home is warm and inviting and Kathy goes out of her way to make sure all of your needs are met , she is the perfect host , and extremely accommodating!! We will be back next year !!!

We have stayed at Marc and Rebecca’s at least 6 times, maybe more. That we keep going back should speak for itself. Their place is always clean and neat. We are close to our relatives which is a priority for us. We have cooked meals there as grocery stores are close. We have also enjoyed many restaurants in the area. We feel safe in the neighborhood. There are sidewalks for walking for exercise and the backyard looks out on a pond. We see fish and geese. Our grandson loves to go look at the geese. We already have reservations to stay there again. Had a great time at Jason’s place, easy access to the beach, we loved the golf cart, and all of the beach necessities that were provided! Overall this was a great place for our family of 9!

Beautifully decorated home that felt like a new home, with quality finishes like we are used to in our own home. Rachel was very easy to work with and when we asked if there was a griddle for pancakes, she said if there was not she would order one. When we arrived there was a new griddle in the pantry. The separate spaces were great for our multi generation family of 9. The main living floor was large enough for all of us, with a great open kitchen to cook in. The decks with a view of the ocean were a great place to wake up to start the day and wind down in the evening.

Great beach getaway home! The house was super clean and looked amazing when we got in! It was minutes away from Kure beach, Carolina beach and wrightsville! Lots of fun things to do and lots of recommendations from Majorie on what events were going on! Enjoyed the trip it was definitely worth the money paid!

Great beach stay! We stayed for three nights with two small children. Appreciated the thoughtful touches — adding an infant gate at the top of the stairs, having a clean/new pack and play, and welcome snacks. Unit: Very nice and newer unit! Looks as described and shown in listing photos. Location: Short, less than five minute walk to public beach access. The beach was never crowded, compared to other areas closer to hotels and larger public parking lots. Hosts: Always super responsive and friendly!

We had a great stay here! The accommodations are beautiful and comfortable. It’s a great location in Carolina Beach- just a short walk to the beach via the public access walkway. The kitchen was very well- appointed. We had everything we needed for cooking our meals! The only hiccup was the hot tub- it required cleaning before using. But as soon as we notified the owners, they scheduled the cleaning for the next morning and all was good. Pool and hot tub were great!

Norman was a great host, the house was beautiful, and we would definitely stay here again!

fantastic stay. House was everything we needed for the weekend. everything was clean and comfortable. I particularly liked that there was no clutter. It is decorated tastefully. we liked being able to have our dogs with us but not feeling like we were in a "dog house". everything was extremely clean, higher than industry standard for sure. The host was very kind and helpful. very flexible with check-in and checkout which made our trip even nicer. a great day and would definitely recommend this place

We absolutely loved our stay at Amy’s Lumina’s Lion!!! It was the perfect spot for our day family of 7 (3 boys aged 6, 4, 4, mom, dad and grandparents). The kitchen was the most well stocked kitchen I have ever stayed at with AirBNB. They thought of all the little details: step stool for kids, booster seat, games, beach chairs, boogie boards, plenty of towels, etc.). It was quiet and clean and accessible to everything we wanted to do. Comfy beds and plenty of linens. We will definitely be back when we come back to Wilmington!!

An awesome option if you’re looking to stay in the Wrightsville/Wilmington area. Host was responsive and the community was perfect. Also, our dog LOVED it.

Alessandra and Glen’s place was perfect for our girls trip. It was conveniently located by Wilmington Beach and not too far from Carolina Beach. Everything was as described and we appreciated the ease of checkout. If we are ever in town again, we will for sure try to come back here.
