We had an amazing time. Very quiet peaceful place to stay with a wonderful outdoor area to sit and listen to the wildlife.

We had a great stay at Rachel’s cozy home! She provided everything we needed and more—clear check-in/out instructions, briquets for the grill, and even some special flavored coffee. We loved how there was plenty of space for our boys and us to relax and spread out. The location was perfect: a short, scenic drive to Michigan’s Adventure and Lake Michigan via Duck Lake State Park. Would definitely stay again!

Our last minute family weekend getaway was so much more than we imagined! Booked last minute for the weekend and WOW! As soon as we pulled in we could tell it was the perfect, private and beautiful place we were looking for! Upon entering the home, there was immediately a peaceful, positive, and relaxing feeling. I brought my own smudging sage yet there was already a cleansing "station " atop the rustic and gorgeous wood burning heater in the midst of this beautiful cabin. The board rope swing out front was enjoyed by every family member! The property is beautiful! We will definitely be back and will stay longer next time! I will most definitely take a bath in the clawfoot tub! The lake is a wonderful short stroll through the woods to a perfect spot for campfires, fishing, and kayaking. Our kids, 13, 8, and 5 enjoyed every bit of the weekend as well! We searched for the fairy house door on the old Beech tree with no luck this time. We're going to find it. 🥰

My family and I had an amazing and wonderful time at Erick’s home. It was clean, well put together and it felt like home. Erick was so helpful and inviting we felt like family. I can’t thank you enough Erick for helping my family and I make beautiful memories. BTW the walk to beach was a piece of cake, and I’m 5 months pregnant. 🏃🏾‍♀️🏃🏾‍♀️💨. We have already planned our next visit.. thank you again!!! Much love.
