Ev merkezi bir konumda, ev sahibine ulaşmak kolay, her sorumuzla hızlıca ilginlendi, ayrıca ev çok temizdi, bebeğimiz olduğu için onunla ilgili oyuncaklar koymaları çok hoşumuza gitti, ancak asansör ve apartman çok eski, ayrıca asansör hiç güvenli değil, o sebeple her seferinde inip çıkmak oldukça zordu, ayrıca hafta sonu şehrin merkezinde olması nedeniyle fazla gürültü oldu,

Very well performance for the price. The apartment is at the center of Belgrade, I didn't take any bus during my 7 days trip. I'm sensitive to sounds during sleeping so my only concern was the pigeons coming at the mornings, despite that I'd still rent it again.

Great place in Dorcol, I loved the proximity of Dunavski Kej. Would recommend!

Great place for long term stay. Perfect location and everything what you need

Cool apartment for long stay. Although it's located quite far from the centre, there are a lot shops, cafes and other infrastructure near the apartment.

Belgrad‘a her geldiğimizde burada kalmak istiyoruz. Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettiğimiz her yere çok yakın olan harika bir konumda mükemmel bir ev.

Milka war eine super Gastgeberin, bei allen Fragen war sie sofort erreichbar und hat mit Rat und Tat geholfen. Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus und die Anlage ist perfekt für Gruppen. Jederzeit wieder gerne!

Konser için Belgrad'a gelmiştik. Yoğun talep nedeniyle birçok yerde fahiş fiyatlar vardı. Ivana'nın evi ise tüm olanakları çok makul bir fiyata sundu. Ev merkeze biraz uzak ama toplu taşıma imkanı çok fazla; gece, hatta sabaha karşı döndüğümüzde bile rahatlıkla eve ulaştık. Evde de her şey yerli yerindeydi, hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. A very big house in a great location with lots of space. The pool was awesome and the little solar boat house is charming. There are even speakers for events, which came handy for us. Could use more forks, more glasses and a pot to boil water though.

The apartment is VERY NICE & VERY CLEAN. Looks just like in the pictures. Safe parking inside the yard is a great advantage. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood close to the airport. The town of Surcin has various stores and restaurants. Communication with Emilija was very good. We didn't actually meet, but she sent us very clear instructions how to get in the apartment, always replied within 5 minutes and also provided helpful tips when we asked for advice about the town. Also check-in was flexible. We arrived at 1:30 in the morning and the apartment was waiting for us 🙂

Daar kom ik graag terug. Gemakkelijk te vinden eigen parkeerplaats, vlakbij de autosnelweg. Spijtig dat we niet langer konden blokven Kom ik zeker terug.

A small and cozy house on a quiet street fully matches the description. Inside, there is everything you need for a family getaway. The house was decorated for the New Year, and we were welcomed with champagne. The fireplace is a special highlight of this home, you can wrap yourself in a warm blanket and enjoy the fire, creating a truly homely atmosphere. Couriers and taxis can easily find the address, and there is a bus stop nearby with direct routes to the city center.

Stan je prelep, nov, u novijoj zgradi sa jako lepim ulazom, u predivnoj ulici. Prostran stan, veoma funkcionalan, jako čist, sa lepim nameštajem i udobnim francuskim lezajem u spavaćoj sobi. Branislava je jako ljubazna, vrlo brzo je odgovarala na poruke a posto sam u poslednjem trenutku shvatio da moram povesti i psa, srecom stan je pet friendly, ali nisam najavio na vreme, Branislava nije pravila nikakav problem čak se izvinila sto nije donela posudice za vodu i hranu jer nije znala da vreme da cu povesti psa. Sve u svemu, najvise ocene i za domacicu i za stan! Hvala! Odsedacu u ovom stanu kad god bude slobodan!

Gute Location - zentral und doch ruhig, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben, die Kommunikation mit Luka, sowie das Check-in, waren unkompliziert. Ich kann die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen und komme nächstes Mal gern wieder. :)

This apartment is so nice and located in the heart of Belgrade. I loved my stay. Ivan is a great host.

Spacious apartment, with a good kitchen set-up and grocery store nearby making it easy to cook, and the apartment is in a great location with lots of nice restaurant's and cafes nearby. I will stay hear again next time I am in Belgrade.

A nice place for one person to stay over for a couple of days 🙌

Wir waren für drei Nächte in Nina's Unterkunft und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Check in verlief problemlos. Wir konnten sogar etwas früher in die Wohnung und durften am Abreisetag unsere Sachen noch etwas länger in der Wohnung lassen. Die Wohnung ist ruhig, nett eingerichtet und es ist alles notwendige vorhanden. Gleich vor der Türe ist ein nettes und gutes italienisches Restaurant. Und zu Fuß kann man gut das Zentrum und die Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen. Aber auch öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind gleich in der Nähe. Für uns war es das perfekte Zuhause für n Belgrad.

A comfortable little apartment in a great peaceful location, yet close to everything you may need (including a pharmacy). We enjoyed our stay. Street parking is usually quite busy but we never had trouble finding a spot.
