Apartment holiday rentals in New Belgrade

Great location, apartment had everything you need and even more :) Has a large boiler in the bathroom so the hot water lasts for a long time.

We stayed for one night at Nikolas place. It was just like in the pictures. The view is great and the apartment fantastic. Would love to stay here again

Iva is a wonderful host, very responsive. We haven’t met her in person, but met her mother. Also very kind a nice lady. Place is beautiful. We got a bit surprised by surroundings as it turned out to be a block building with typical east European charm. However inside it was absolutely cosy and located in a peaceful area. Very close to airport, had all necessary utilities. There are restaurants and supermarket in walking distance and bus stop nearby from where you can go to different areas in city. Thanks again, Iva! And highly recommend this place.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment. It was super clean and had everything we needed. Lots of shopping around and close to the city centre. It was super easy to communicate with the hosts and we appreciated their kindness and care. We would definitely stay there again!

Great place to stay with friendly and supportive host! It is perfect for long term! The apartment is very clean, it has all you need for comfortable staying. The apartment is well located with a bus stop in front of the building and markets nearby. I recommend it!!!

I loved my stay at this cozy little place! The host was super responsive and made check-in/out effortless. The location was easy to find (even late at night) and close to a supermarket, which was super handy for snacks and essentials. The apartment itself was charming and compact—ideal for couples or solo travelers. Everything felt fresh and spotlessly clean, from the bedding to the bathroom. Small touches like good Wi-Fi and clear instructions added to the comfort.

One word: wauw! Absolutely lovely apartment with all I needed for 1.5 weeks in Belgrade. Very comfortable, really felt like home! Close to a lot of shops, nice restaurants and walking distance of the old city center. Vladimir and Danimir were incredible hosts! Would defnitely come back in the future if I visit Belgrade again!

Great location, cozy and quiet, literally felt like home. All the amenities were in perfect condition. If you want to visit Belgrade but also want to have your resting hours in a quiet neighborhood, this place is the best. I would definitely book again the next time I visit Belgrade.

The location was very good, we walked everywhere and the house was very clean and tidy. Marco's brother Milos helped us a lot with the transfer service. When I come here again, I will stay in this house again.
