Great place and location. I repeat - the location is incredibly convenient, there are exits to various transport systems from where you can easily get to any point you need. Everything was clean at home, there were all the necessary things, the owner kindly answered all our questions. It was a little chilly when we first moved in, but this was quickly resolved with the help of a thermostat, after that the apartment became warm. We are very glad that we chose this apartment

Good location, and Milena was very friendly and responsive. She even helped us with the laundry! Plenty of parks nearby, which is good if you come with children. Shops, restaurants, supermarkets, public transport, and a tiny market nearby...

Mr.Ratko’s penthouse is right in the center of the city, bus stop is riight there,so convenient to look around the city. The penthouse is very bright and sunny it’s nice to see the city at the balcony.We’re so impressed about Beograd’s public transport is all free to everyone!!!! Mr. Ratko is very responsive, so easy to communicate and very kind We’re taking night train to go to Bar, which leaves at 8pm. He allowed us to stay at the flat till late afternoon We really appreciated so,so much.

Stayed here for several weeks, great place overall! The host is very nice and friendly. The location is actually very good, quiet, green trees, the view is on the inner side of the street (so no noise from cars). The flat has all the necessary amendments and a workplace. Very easy to check-in and out. 5/5

I felt myself at home right after I entered the apartment. This place is simple but cozy. And Vladana is a real superhost, she's proactive when it's necessary and won't bother you the rest of the time. She also brought me all the necessary tableware that I couldn't find in the kitchen. The bed was comfortable enough. Separate workplace with a nice chair and fast internet, long and wide table in the living room for different activities. And I liked these high chairs in the kitchen area. The location itself is great, not so far from the city center, multiple supermarkets in vicinity. Actually a lot of interesting places in a walkable distance, some of them you can even see from the terrace.

They were very responsive and supportive. When we booked they did no longer have the big flat we got, so they gave us both next to each other which felt like an upgrade. We had so much space. I really recommend them. Thanks!

Goed onderhouden appartement met lift. Alles op loopafstand met de bakker, stad en supermarkt om de hoek. Aardige host. Zeker de moeite waard om te boeken!

Все было прекрасно, Драгана очень отзывчивая. Жилье было чистым и соответствовало описанию, никаких сложностей не возникло, остались только приятные впечатления

Mila , çok dost canlısı ve ihtiyaçlarımızı anında karşıladı. Küçük fakat temiz ve şirin bir yer , konum olarak Zemun merkeze harika mesafede..

Biz 4 gece 5 gün konakladık. Ev sahibinden ve evden oldukça memnun kaldık. Ev çok temiz ve düzenliydi. Evin konumu her yere yürüme mesafesindeydi. Havaalanından 72 numaralı otobüse binip son durakta inip 5-10 dk yürüdük sadece. Diğer turistik yerlere de ulaşım çok kolaydı. Tramvay ve otobüsle her yere ücretsiz gidebilirsiniz. 2 blok yanımızda bile exchange office vardı. Ev sahibimiz de bize karşı çok ilgiliydi. Sorularımıza çok hızlı dönüş yaptı. Yönlendirdiği yerlerde işlerimizi kolayca hallettik. Kendisine çok teşekkür ederiz.

Die Unterkunft sieht aus wie auf den Bildern. Es war sauber und toll gelegen, auch die Kommunikation hat sehr gut geklappt. Für ein paar Tage zu zweit in Belgrad ist die Unterkunft gut geeignet.

Top Location im Zentrum von Belgrad. Besonders gefallen hat mir die Badewanne welche ich nach dem Belgrader Mararhon gefüllt hatte 😀 Bei Regen wird es nachts ein wenig laut durch tropfendes Wasser im Aussenbereich. Das war aber auch der einzige Minuspunkt.

The location was very good, we walked everywhere and the house was very clean and tidy. Marco's brother Milos helped us a lot with the transfer service. When I come here again, I will stay in this house again.
