The cabin has its own beach line and panoramic views. 200 meters from the cabin you will find long beaches. The cabin is surrounded by great hiking areas and is within walking distance to both the jetty in Helgeroa and Nevlunghavn. Within 20 minutes drive you reach beautiful Stavern or Larvik city center. Heating cables have been laid throughout the floor and the kitchens have been recently renovated. The cabin has a closed and an open bedroom and a loft.

Sjøgata Guest House, near the beach & Color Line

The 110 square meter unit is centrally located by the lake, Color Line and consists of old wooden buildings. The guest house dates back to the late 1800s and was originally a home for shoemakers and servants in its time. The guest house is recently renovated and delicately decorated with three double bedrooms, and offers most of the facilities you need during a stay. From Sjøgata, it is a short distance to both the beach and the city center. If you want to book one or more bedrooms, you will have private access to the whole house. Welcome

Would you like to crawl from nice rocks, or just enjoy the panoramic views beyond the open sea, just a short walk from the cabin? Then this is the place for you! Kjærstranda is located about 1.2 km from the cabin, and there are beautiful rocky cliffs about 500 m away. It was brand new in the summer of 2024 and contains everything you could wish for in a modern cabin. Being by the sea is great all year, not just in the summer!

We rent out the cabin belonging to our home for weekends, weeks, or longer periods. This is a 50 km cabin with a separate kitchen, living room and dining room in one. Two separate bedrooms with bunk beds for 4, and a crawl loft for "little people". Bathroom with toilet and shower with entrance from terrace. Tableware for 8, sofa corner, TV, dining room, outdoor terrace, and large grass plot around. Refrigerator with small freezer, oven, kettle, coffee maker. Washing machine in bathroom Smoking is not allowed.

Gunhildsbu is a cosy log cabin in the forests of Bamble in Telemark. The area is perfect for hiking, and you can go fishing in Lake Toke and other smaller lakes. In the summer you can go swimming. The cabin is fully equipped. There is a fireplace in the livingroom and WiFi. The view from the veranda is amazing. Canoes for rent for €5 pr. day.
