Fantastic little place. Great to have a parking space. Easy 10 minute walk to town. Comfy sofa and bed.

Seldom is where we stay one of the highlights of our trip, but this townhouse definitely was. It was absolutely amazing. It was warm and comfortable after coming in from our chilly all day excursions. The beds were comfortable, the house extremely clean and the amenities absolute perfection.

Lovely weekend stay celebrating a friend’s 60th birthday. Perfect location for a 10min stroll in to Durham centre. Beautiful house inside and out. Definitely book again. Thank you

The accommodation was quiet, clean and suitable for our needs. A 20 minute walk downhill into Durham city centre. The bed was comfortable and the annexe had all the amenities needed. The shower was good and the kitchen had an oven/grill, microwave toaster and kettle. The only area to improve the annexe for us would be black out blinds in the living area and the bedroom as the blinds that are present let in too much light once the sun comes up. Other than that everything was great.
