The apartment is on the ground floor facing south, next to the Cité Vauban, a 5-minute walk from the shops. The sunny apartment is very quiet with a large garden and a beautiful wooden terrace. It is functional and charming. This apartment is ideal for a couple. We are served by public transport (TGV shuttle stop and city bus 3 minutes away. Our green garden is relaxing. We offer a parking space exclusively reserved for the apartment.

Very nice view of the Bois Noir. cross-country ski start near the house, near of ski lift of Champ Bellet. The grocery store is a 5-minute walk away. Bed linen and bath towels can be provided for 10 euros per person for sheets and 5 euros per person for towels, this will be requested on site.
