Détendez-vous et rechargez les batteries au cœur de la vallée de la Clarée. Studio pour 4 personnes entièrement rénové l'automne 2025 ,classé 2 étoiles. Situé au 1er étage balcon exposé sud vue dégagée sur les montagnes. 1coin montagne lit superposé isolé par une porte du salon-cuisine, 1 salle de bain avec douche, lave linge-séchant, wc séparé. Le coin cuisine est tout équipé(four, plaque induction, hotte, frigo 200 l)salon avec tv, wifi, canapé lit gigogne couchage 2 personnes.

Studio sous les toits au 2e étage sans ascenseur, avec petit coin montagne, pour deux personnes maxi. Pour trouver la résidence et le studio facilement, bien suivre les indications données sur le site. (option : guide d' arrivée - itinéraire) Attention : des erreurs avec gps, google maps... D'autre part, comme cela est précisé ci-dessus, le studio se trouve sous les toits et est équipé d' un vélux. Il est impossible d’ ouvrir un vélux lorsqu' il neige ou s' il y a de la glace.

It is a 27m2 studio with a mountain view. Small but quite handy. You will have a sofa bed of 160*200cm and two bunk beds. It probably lacks a balcony, but given the time you'll spend outside in this sublime valley, well, it's not that bad. The apartment is next to the ski trails in winter and at the start of the shuttles to the upper valley in summer. I won't go so far as to say it's the center of the world, but not far ;p

Clarée Valley

The apartment is ideally located on the snow front of the Plaine des Alberts, which in winter benefits from very good sunshine. From the apartment, you will go directly on cross-country skis, snowshoes or on foot on the pedestrian tracks. For fans of downhill skiing, you can reach the resort of Montgenèvre by car in 15 minutes and you will be 10 minutes from the resort of Briançon-Serre Chevalier
