Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

Je fais en sorte qu’on s’y sente bien mais amis de l’exigence et du luxe passez votre chemin. Un cadre bucolique où la tranquillité est le maitre mot. Je suis située à 1h du puy du fou, 1h du futuroscope et 1h des marais au milieu des 3 sites emblématiques qui entoure mon exploitation.

Small independent house located in the heart of the village, in a property with a garden of 3 ha and a park of 7 ha, close to our house (former priory listed as a historical monument) and 300 m from the center of the village. Free access to the pool, park and garden brings distractions, calm, serenity... Nearest town: Pouzauges 7 km away Attractions: Réaumur Science Museum (50 meters away), Puy du Fou 25 km away… and a multitude of attractions within 50 km.

Quietly located in the Vendée countryside and 45 minutes from Puy du Fou, come and enjoy this newly renovated 1900 house with family or friends! On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen overlooking a 50 m² terrace and its south-facing garden. A bedroom with its bathroom is also present. Upstairs, the house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Linens not provided. Linens can be provided upon request

Cozy loft in the city

In a green setting, we offer a quiet, warm, autonomous loft, a few steps from the city center, close to shops and 20' walk from the SNCF train station. We have preserved the authenticity of the place and provide a complete service (linens, cleaning, hot drinks, private parking for your bicycles or motorcycles only, firewood...). In 40 m² we can accommodate 1 to 4 people independently (one 160 cm bed, one 130 cm sofa bed).

Welcome to Petit Logis! Enjoy this comfortable and intimate setting in the center of La Châtaigneraie and 30 minutes from Le Puy du Fou. The entrance is private and the garden is independent. Our accommodation is 1.5 hours from Futuroscope, 1 hour 15 minutes from La Rochelle and the beaches, and 20 minutes from Marais Poitevin. An ideal place to stop and travel the region!
